"Worst customer service ever"
My order on October 2023 that I received was the VTOMAN Jump 600X Power Station × 1 for $809 This order included the power station and 1 backup battery to extend the power time. I could not get the Jump server to work due to not enough power coming from the voltage output. The unit was defective so VTOMAN issued me on RMA which I returned the Jump 600X and extra backup battery. It took several weeks and they sent me 1 power station without the backup battery I sent in the RMA. What they sent me is not worth the $809 order that I purchased. Where is my extra battery that comes with the Jump 600X Power Station? I have been trying to get customer support to look at my correspondence about this but they continue to remain silent.

Tell me what previous email you are talking about. This email thread shows the last email I was sent. Tell me how I am supposed to interpret this confusing response? I have talked with at least 2 people on the support telephone number that have been totally unhelpful in resolving the issue. I will continue to give negative reviews of VTOMAN until my order is complete and I am satisfied with the product.

"Good product misleading behavior. Lost trust "
On October 1, I paid for a bundle that included an 1800 jump and the most robust panel available with a ship date of around the ninth or 10th of October. I received the solar panel with no communications about the 1800. They of course charged my credit card on October 1. I have now been told I might expect the 1800 in November (9th or 10th) yet no communication or accommodations for the 5 weeks they had my funds or that I placed the order when the projected delivery date showed 10/10.
I purchased this item for a project that needed to be done in October. Now I have to make other accommodations that will certainly cost more and be another delay .
I have 100% confidence in the quality of the product. I have no confidence in their communications on their webpages or silence when they changed my ship date. The additional product, the impact wrench that I was going to purchase now is canceled.
This was my first purchase with them and it earned me 3299 points, I’m not sure I’ll be buying much more based on this experience.

Update from 26.08.2024: Hello, I have finally received the 3rd part of the generator on 26.08.2024. I have ordered Jump 2200W/3096Wh 220W Solar Generator on 26.07.2024. So finalizing my experience with the company VTOMAN - I am extremely reliefed, that they have delivered, as I supposed to go to the lawyer and to Verbraucher Zentrale beginning from the first week of ordering. From the first week until 26.08 I was not sure, if I would really receive, what I have ordered. The name of company VTOMAN DE is really irritatiing and supposing, they are based in Germany, but when your read carefully the conditions, it is based in Hong Kong. The generator is working- which is positive, solar panels will be checked some time later. But the whole story will still deserve a 1 star, as it was the worst purchase experience ever in my life. I have missed the continuous communication with the seller, I have missed the hotline in Germany or at least in Europe - there is a hotline in the US, which is supposed to serve for the whole Europe. I have got answers on my requests only after writing and making this experience public here. @VTOMAN- it is not normal! I would never purchase via VTOMAN again. I wish VTOMAN DE, to improve the customer service for Europe.

"Ordered 3 of the 330watt ac adaptors…"
Ordered 3 of the 330watt ac adaptors that said they were for the Jump 1800 model and they don’t work. Turns out Vtoman is coming out with a newer model Jump 1800 in November, but instead of cancelling my order and letting me know these won’t work shipped out anyways and won’t refund money or answer emails. Who releases another older model for more money than the flash speed models which are much better??? Crazy right?
Jesus is coming most likely in our lifetime folks!! Repent and give your life to Jesus Christ before its too late. We are finally that fig tree generation! Believe it! 🙏

I’ve had one unit for 2 yrs. Works great. Holds charge. Almost never needs a charge. Best air and jump starter I have found. I now own four and give them as gifts.
