"15+ Years and Counting"

I have been using these for over 15 years, mainly for automated alerts from my servers. They have never let me down.

"Works well, but slow"

I signed up for this service for very low volume use, certainly not sending messages in bulk. I'm sending via the API using Python.

The API is very easy to use, and the system works. However, it is slow to deliver the messages. It typically takes about 10 minutes from sending the message from the API to the message actually being delivered.

I contacted their technical support about this but they told me there was nothing they could do about it.

So, not a bad service, but if it's important for your messages to be delivered promptly, then you'll need to look elsewhere.

Don’t ever use textlocal for bulk messaging - use *literally* any other service

Does not actually text anyone and customer service are useless (unless you chase)
