I like that it works in the background with our software and once set-up it works quite well.
I don’t like the user interface and the iOS app is very poor. This has been the situation for along time now.
I feel that the text local needs to invest in its customer interface. However this hasn’t stopped us using there service for now.

Generally a good system to use, flexible for our needs and we can use it alongside our other communications. It can be slow between screens and waiting once clicked on a button, unsure if its going to load or not.
Reporting could be more 'friendly,' but generally works ok. Graphs and reports look a but outdated but the system does what we need it to.
