HAVING LOOKED AT MY RECEIPT I FOUND THAT MY ITEM WAS ACTUALLY PURCHASED FROM ultimoelectronics.co.uk BUT FOR SOME REASON renewelectronics.co.uk WAS LISTED.

I CONTACTED ultimoelectronics.co.uk AND MANAGED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE WHO CONFIRMED THIS WITH ME.....

"Thieves and liars"

Oh I wish I had read the reviews on here first. Ordered an IPhone 7 through Wowcher, it arrived, dark shadow covering most of the screen once switched on and battery health critical with advice to take to Apple. I sent the phone back and emailed them regarding the faults only to receive an email back to say they had found water damage on the phone so wanted to send it back to me! How it got water damage from me taking it out a box and switching it on is beyond me! The phone was damaged before it was sent out and after a lengthy discussion with a member of their staff (not authorised to give refunds of course) I am still waiting on her manager to call me back. He needs to grow a set and stop hiding behind his staff. I want my money back I do not want their knackered old phone. I will not be dropping this, they now have my money and the phone ( which they can keep) and it is not on. Absolute crooks and that is putting it mildly. Speak to you soon Renewelectronics

"Avoid this company at all cost"

Avoid this company at all cost. I purchased a ipad Air for my girlfriend for Christmas and when she opened it Christmas day there wasn't even a power plug, so that put a downer on my Christmas straight away. Due to contacting them 4 weeks ago I received a reply saying they don't supply power plugs. How ridiculous, how are you to even work the thing. Anyway here's the best part. After a few stern emails I was sent a reply asking for the order number and Wowcher code as i purchased through Wowcher. I thought at last we are getting somewhere. All of a sudden today I got a reply of someone at renew electronics named Kalina saying my 30 day cooling off period had passed. As if my last email I sent them wasn't 4 weeks ago. Bloody cheek. How ridiculous, that's like selling someone a car and not giving them the keys. Do not purchase of this company. My experience with this company is that they're damn right rude and have no people skills when it comes to communicating morally with customers. How Wowcher are letting this behaviour carry on is beyond me. Wowcher sort yourself out.

Like many other - received a faulty item. Contacted them and no response. Shocking poor customer service. Not letting it go though. I'll be taking this further with them.....

Terrible Terrible Terrible avoided like the plague 3 weeks forward and still no satisfaction out of pocket £100 really bad customer service and its not done my mental health any favours absolutely disgusting to treat people like this

I ordered a ipad as a Christmas present and doesnt work brought through wowcher £10 extra delivery- contacting 3 times no response no telephone do not reply to emails shocking owed £50 stay clear and also do not order through wowcher- daughter is so upset cannot afford another one

"Terrible products & Customer Service"

I like many others was extremely short of money this year but I wanted to make my 2 grandsons wish come true to have an ipad like their friends. These were all I could afford so I bought I bought 2 ipads through wowcher and had to pay £10 each for delivery. When they arrived they were not fit for purpose. We were unable to download any games for them to play or put the parental controlled You tube. I emailed and asked for a refund and how I could send them back. I sent an email 7 days ago and 3 days ago and they are not replying. My Grandsons are so upset.I don't know what to do now. I stupidly didn't read the reviews of this company which are terrible.

Best steer clear of this company. I ordered an iphone11 via wowcher as a Christmas gift for my daughter. It arrived in plenty of time but was not unlocked as was stated. I had to pay for a different company to unlock the phone which took time due to public holidays and took the shine off her gift! Also, once the phone was turned out it came up with a warning that there were non apple parts used. Although it was a wowcher deal, it was still over £300 pounds! Would have been better off buying elsewhere. Correspondence from the company is non existent. Don’t waste your money with this company.

"Terrible customer service"

Terrible customer service, I bought a phone through wowcher and delivery was estimated 3rd Dec and it never arrived, no answer to numerous emails and also contact form on Ultimo the parent company or something dodgy is going on.. anyway phone arrived 17 days late but I'd purchased another elsewhere, organised return through wowcher then chased them for over a week eventually having to phone ultimo about 5 times as no contact number for Renew.. dodgy goings on somewhere, only for gem to eventually tell wowcher to refund me and left 2 delivery charges out of pocket
