"Renew electronics have caused me…"

Renew electronics have caused me nothing but problems, I have tried resolving my issues with them directly for over a week now and they rarely respond, when they do - they do not address any of the issues I raise. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I would advise everyone to avoid this company by any means.

"DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM RENEW ELECTRONICS"

I placed my order through wowcher with renew electronics on 15/11 and the delivery date was advised 20/11. They took my money straight away. It is now 4/12 and I am still without my order. Between wowcher and renew electronics I have been lied to and promised updates and deliveries that have not happened. I have sent emails that don’t even get a reply. I will never use either of these sites/companies again. Worst customer service I have ever encountered from both wowcher and renew electronics.

Wouldn’t buy a phone from here again. I bought an iPhone 8 for my son and 2 days later it died. I sent it back at a cost of €20, and received a replacement after 3 weeks. It was supposed to have come with a new battery, instead it came with a used one. When I questioned it they insisted it was new. They then suggested I send it back for a second time. I didn’t because my son needed the phone and asked for a refund of the difference. They said they wouldn’t do it. DON’T BUY FROM HERE!!!!

I strongly discourage you from buying with these "people". Service? Appalling. Response rate? Appalling. Helpfulness? Appalling. Everything about this company displays inexperience and laziness. My iPhone X was supposed to come for the 23rd September. It is now the 7th October as of writing this review and I'm sat product-less waiting 2 days for the same "Sorry, it's not our fault, we're waiting for a reply from our dispatch manager" email; this company is reluctant to do their simple job and do it correctly. I demanded a refund, I got no reply. I hope to be involving trading standards soon because this is ultimately a scam. Take your money, run you around in circles and give you nothing what you paid for.

Got an renewed iPhone 7, battery only at 62% capacity, wouldn't send a replacement battery. Wanted to sent the phone back, but not worth the hassle. Got a battery fitted here for €50.

seriously if I could give no stars I would ordered item i was sent a tracking number then absolutely nothing . I contacted them to find out where my item was on 6 occasions and all I ever got was it will be dispatched in next 24 hrs or there was a mix up in despatch. well 18th may it should have arrived its now 4th june . which is 408 hrs . ( Apple have brought out newer products than these guys deliver .)
still no I pad guys stay away from this company I have reported them to wowcher
today .

I’m not sure why the reviews are so bad on trust pilot I ordered an iPad as a present and I was so nervous to receive the iPad because of all the bad reviews, granted my iPad took 3.5 weeks to arrive but when it arrived it was perfect, barely a scratch. Robert in customer service was really responsive to my emails and was really helpful with tracking my order. I am really happy with the product

I received my white IPAD2 today and I am extremely pleased with it.
I ordered it through Wowcher and found the whole experience very easy straightforward
I needed confirmation about a question I needed answering and the staff at Renew Electronics replied immediately and helped me out. I found them very helpful, professional and took time out to check if I was happy with my device and if I needed any further assistance to contact them
I would certainly recommend Renew Electronics to my family and friends

"Renew Electronics are disorganised and unhelpful"

I bought a Wowcher voucher and this is where the product came from. I bought a refurbished iPad, which wasn't sent. I had to chase and it was over a week late. When it finally arrived it was faulty. So I had to send it back for a replacement, which they have not expedited and after 7 days of chasing (10 including postage days) they have still not despatched my item.

They seem incredibly disorganised and despite the helpful tone of their emails, ultimately they do nothing and are unhelpful. Avoid dealing with them. It has become wildly frustrating and the company seems extremely unreliable,
