I ordered a Series 3 Apple Watch because I had misplaced my Series 1, I thought it had come off at work and I’d never see it again. But I digress.
I bought this via wowcher, then found my series 1 so attempted to cancel the order but apparently I was too late due to a 48hr delay on their system. I was a little nervous regarding the reviews regarding refunds waiting times, and the condition of items received.
Anyway I now have an almost pristine series 3 Apple Watch within 72hrs of ordering it.

Hi has anyone actually received the items?
I ordered a apple watch my daughters Xmas present. Not yet arrived they gave me a tracking number which states my parcel is at a sorting office but not sure how much I should trust the update on the royal mail tracking site.

I bought a refurb iPhone 7 via wowcher from Renew electronics, it took about 4 weeks to get here but I appreciate the pressure many companies are under with increased demand and processing constraints due to social distancing etc along with courier delays. I emailed their customer service team a few times and got replies within a day or so, with the team giving me updates to the best of their ability.
The phone itself is in good condition, albeit I had to buy a replacement battery, but that still worked out cheaper than buying from other places

I have ordered an Apple Watch from wowcher using this company and I am so upset by their service. My delivery was meant to come on the 15th and I have not had no emails or messages about where this product is. Looking at the rest of the reviews I can tell that many people are in the same boat. Has anyone actually received their product or got into contact with the company by telephone?

Do not buy from this company. I brought via Wowcher on 30th November 2020. After the date passed and my order hadn’t arrived, I contacted them direct. They only have an email address for contact. No phone number etc. I have emailed numerous times and had possibly 3 replies. Where they admit it’s not even been posted yet. I paid £168.99 to them. Luckily I paid via PayPal so I’ve now had to open a case to reclaim my money back. This was supposed to be a Xmas present for my son. I now have to source money from elsewhere to try to buy him something else. They are a bunch of cowboys. This company should be reported to trading standards!!!

I have ordered an I phone 7 on the 30th Nov. and got an email confirming it has shipped on the 3rd Dec with a tracking number,. after 4 follow up emails as the tracking number showed that DPD did not receive the item yet. I am told that they hope to send it by the end of the week. Which I assume is lies again. If you get an email stating something is shipped you expect it to be shipped and not a label created and 2 weeks later is still not gone. It was for my daughter for Christmas. I am down eur 180 and have no money to replace it for her before christmas......

I have brought an Apple Watch series 3 from wowcher and renew electronics and it has been an awful experience! It was a birthday present that arrived a week after it was due! The item is heavily scratched and has multiple aesthetic damages! And there is no instructions on how to use this product. I am now in an email battle as they don’t have a working phone line ... shock.... to get my money back as when you pay £160 for an item you expect it to be a decent quality! As it is renewed I appreciate is may have a few minor scratches but nothing like it is. I can’t even turn it on! I could just buy a brand new one for £200 with the charger too! I am disgusted!

Renew Electronics via PigsBack are the worst crowd I’ve ever felt with, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE BANDITS!
My 10 year old daughter has been waiting since July (now December) for a replacement iPad for the broken iPad they despatched - shocking customer services. Totally infuriating.
