"This is one of the worst companies I…"

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Already wrote a review about how they messed up my order of an Apple Watch. It’s been 2weeks since that review and me speaking to Renew Electronics/Ultimo Electronics who have promised a refund and they still have my money and they don’t respond to emails. They are a scam company, which have left me no choice but to report to my bank to try and get my money back.

Absolutely awful, bought an apple watch via wow her for my autistic daughters 18th, it arrived with a cracked screen and the right side of the screen doesn't work!! To say I am disappointed is an understatement! Autistic kids don't understand and to be honest I don't understand how this can be advertised as it is!

After buying through Wowcher for a reconditioned iPad back in February I have not received my iPad or a refund after a ridiculous amount of emails to both Wowcher and renew electronics there has been no resolve to my complaint you cannot contact either company by phone STAY CLEAR

I’m glad I bought prior to reading the reviews. Before I received my iPhone 6 I was really worried after reading all of the reviews. My phone arrived prior to expected delivery day - the phone is in very good condition looks brand new if I am honest! Phone seems in fine working condition (up to now) no apparent issues. I also emailed the company yesterday and received a response today so personally I have not encountered any issues. I made my purchase through wow her!

Order 2 refurbished iwatch series 3 via wowcher. Received both today, one was early and one a day or so late but I was absolutely delighted with the condition of them both. You can barely tell they have been refurbished. Hoping they work as good as they look.

Got an iPhone 6 when it came could not hear the other person so sent an email no response for a while so as I needed a phone took it to my local phone shop to fix of course that was the company’s out and they said they can no longer help crap do not use this company

Ordered refurbished ipad on tuesday through wowcher , received today , pleased with the ipad and case . But there was no charger sent with it which I find odd ? Luckily my ipod charger fits , but I would have been stuck if I didn't have that

"Apple Watch Series 3 Good quality"

Ordered an Apple Watch Series 3 through Wowcher on Monday, and it arrived on Friday via Tracked Royal Mail 48 hours. The watch came in good condition, there was just a few scuff marks which is understandable for a 2nd hand watch, and it came with a new strap. It's good value for the price I paid, cheaper than any other refurbs I could see, when bought via Wowcher.
