Bought an ipad mini from Wowcher, when it arrived it wasn't satisfactory. I had no phone number or address for Renew so I contacted them to arrange a return via their website. They didn't respond to me so I contacted them again. Again they didn't respond to me. Finally I found a direct email address so I contacted them that way and they eventually replied to say the product was now out of the 30 day returns policy and they wouldn't refund. I was well within the returns window when I contacted them - they have even acknowledged that they received my request to arrange a return, but refuse to honour it because the product wasn't returned to them. I had no address, no phone number, and no contact from them - how on earth was I meant to send a product back?!?!?!

I have been going backwards and forwards with them for nearly 3 months now and they have absolutely no intention of resolving this complaint. I'm going to escalate to wowcher, paypal, and the consumer ombudsman.

Bought an Apple Watch 3 from the wowcher deal. It said if it wasn’t received by the 26th to contact the company. I did this as it hadn’t arrived and they emailed back within 24 hours, they chased it up and let me know that it had been dispatched, sent tracking info also. The watch arrived in perfect condition, it hasn’t got any scratches or cosmetic marks. Came with a new strap also. Doesn’t come with a charger but this is stated so just keep that in mind when ordering, bought one off of Apple just to be safe :) I was worried when I read the reviews but I’ve had a great experience with the company.

I have just bought an ipad3 and to be honest I wish I had never see it!

I am having no end of trouble trying to set it up, I am starting to think it hasn't been refurbished at all!!!. I thought I would have had it. set up in no time, but no sadly I give up! I will send it back and claim a refund.

"Shocking service, poor product."

Shocking service - really don't bother. I purchased a 'refurbished' iwatch through Wowcher for £118. It arrived and there was nothing refurbished about it. Heavily scratched screen, very deep scratches in the paintwork on the case - no attempt to refurbish it at all. I purchased it for a present but there's no way you could give that as a present. I returned it the next day by recorded delivery, they confirmed they had received it 2 days later. I emailed them 5 times to get a refund and to begin with they responded then stopped. Wowcher weren't much help either and kept saying that the vendor needed to agree to the refund, it took me nearly 4 weeks of harassing them to get a refund. Don't bother with them, pay the extra and get it from Music Magpie, it cost me £50 more but was in perfect condition and came with a charger. For those asking Renew Electronics are a subsidiary of Ultimo Electronics Ltd, Unit B Vulcan Road North, Norwich, Norfolk, NR6 6AQ - at least that's the address on the voucher, the address I sent the watch back to and the company that confirmed receipt of the return.

I am the latest victim, for the money I paid it was not compatible with a lot of programmes/app and I am struggling to get stuff using this chrome laptop.The ad was quite misleading I should have read reviews before committing myself to buying.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID. Bought an Iphone 7 for my son for christmas, it arrived water damaged, scratched & scuffed. Had to fork out more money in my local phone repair shop to bring it up to standard as it was too close to Christmas to return for a refund. NOW, THE PHONE WONT POWER ON!!! I am fuming. My son is devastated. Please people DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM RENEW ELECTRONICS. Its a joke of a company!!!!!!!

Con artists!! According to Company house 12thMay 2020 this company was dissolved 29th Dec 2015. I along with probably 1000s of other people I bought a iPhone costing £139.99 including p&p. It arrived well past the date given so returned to sender. It was received by them and I`m still waiting for refund. I have been in touch with Wowcher and PayPal, also Leicester trading standards where these scammers were originally based..

I bought 3 ipads for my grandchildren at Christmas. The children could not use the ipads as the software was too old to support app use. The ipads are of no use and they will not refund. Do not buy from this company.

I brought an apple iPhone watch in November from wowcher , I did not recieve it and I'm still out of pocket ....

"Refurbished Apple Watch Series 3"

Bought a refurbished Apple Watch Series 3 from this company via Wowcher. It was said to be in good condition which means it would have signs of use.

The watch came a day later than promised (which is not an issue at all) with a brand new strap and the screen itself was in good condition. As expected it did have signs of use, including a couple of scratches, but they would have covered well with a screen protector. The watch however came with a dead battery and on charging it with a brand new charger I bought separately, it took around 5 hours or so just to reach just 2/3rds of charge. My friend used the charger on her watch and it worked fine and was fully charged within 2 hours. In light of the bad reviews on here I dont want to risk just exchanging the watch or having it fixed under the warranty (I would have otherwise as my experience has been pretty positive) so I have sent it back for a refund. I am hoping I will not get issues with the refund and will update my review once it has been completed.

UPDATE: The refund was processed quickly and without issue within a few days of posting the watch. Rohan was particularly very helpful and provided fantastic customer service, updating me by telephone and immediately providing an email confirming the return had been completed when requested by Wowcher.

I have dropped one star in light of the battery, otherwise I cannot fault the company or service provided.
