"Would NOT recommend this company…"

Would NOT recommend this company whatsoever. From start to end they are a nightmare to deal with. Bought iPhone 7 from them, worked for 24 hours and then locked. Don't bother phoning customer service, you'll be 13th in the queue (every time) and after 2 hours you'll give up after you get to 4th in the queue but you'll run your phone bill up!! Mine was an extra €30 forn2 phone calls to them!!
Very slow to answer on emails. A headache from start to finish so do yourself a favour and AVOID!

Absolute scam artists. Bought 3 Apple watches from Wowcher, one of them came with a huge deep scratch and no chargers for any of them even though they did not mention this in the advert. Poor communication. STAY AWAY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Bought an Apple Watch for my partner for Christmas and there is a scratch on the face of it and the battery life is terrible. I tried to send it back but because I had bought it as a Christmas present they hadn’t received it within 30 days even though I returned it on the 27th - as soon as I could possibly return it after Christmas.

"AVOID! Poor Products. No Service!"

Reconditioned ipads (finally) arrived and we of such terrible condition. Scratch. Smeary screens full of finger prints and one iPad struggled to even connect to the charger. I have spent weeks trying to call the supplier Renew/Ultimo Electronics to no avail. Call waiting times have been up to 1hr to only move 3 spaces in a queue of double figures. I have emailed them and heard nothing back in weeks. I have now notified Wowocher and Paypal to aid in a refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Bought a present for my mother and when it arrived it didnt work. We sent it back and they said it was water damaged yet this iphone is X water resistant. They said that the phone wouldnt be dispatched in this condition yet there is corrosion inside which only builds after time. They wont return money or exchange. And they sent the wrong colour of the phone

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are complete charlatans. I ordered an apple iPhone for a birthday present in November. The phone arrived in December and did not work at all. I asked MANY times for a refund and when they FINALLY responded, they told me it was past the 30 day return period! In fact, from the date of RECEIPT to the date that I first asked for a refund was well within the 30 days but they are still refusing a refund!

Ordered 2 apple watches via wowcher on 16/12/20, delivered on 23/12/20 in time for Christmas as per order notes.
Both were great quality, no scratches & good battery life too!
Communication with seller was great also, cannot fault them at all

Was concerned when Apple Watch didn’t arrive on due date after reading reviews. Contacted customer services who gave me the tracking details. It arrived and despite a large scratch on the screen and the strap being useless, feel it was still a good buy and reputable company

Some very negative reviews here which of course made me very sceptical regarding my iWatch series 3 order. I have to say, I can’t fault the service at all. The description clearly stated surface scratches and marks to be expected from buying a refurbished item. Of course, when the watch arrived it did have such marks as expected but all in functional order and an absolute bargain for £99. Item arrived on time and also very good correspondence from the customer service team when I emailed. Overall very good service
