First of all a 1 star is extremely generous. I bought an Apple Watch from wowcher and this company was the supplier I got it quickly but noticed it had been scratched and chipped completely not only that, it had a red button which in the ad it did not. I emailed them asking for a refund and shipped it back no problem. I then waited a week as I was told it takes up to 7 working days. I emailed again asking where my refund was and told they were sorry and processed it again this happened 4 times it is now over a month later and I have today just received my refund after talking directly to wowcher to resolve it. Do not ever buy from this company !

iPads purchased through wowcher with case. They sent me wrong size cases and the iPads are shocking. Slow isn’t the word! Unfortunately for me I got the iPads delivered in October and they were a Christmas present which were not opened until Christmas Day, therefore had no grounds to return on complain - DO NOT USE

"Do not use this company unless you like giving away your money"

iPhone was faulty and I asked for a refund in January. They haven't done this 7 months later. They make up reasons and THEY delay the process and then try and say you didn’t respond or take the action required in time. Kept claiming the phone wasn't deleted from icloud when it was, then said they needed the passcode. I gave them the correct one repeatedly but they said it didn’t work. They eventually sent me it back to do it again (I’d deleted it successfully the first time and sent proof of this). The name, address, order number and fault description inside the box were not mine. I pointed this out and they are still refusing to refund my money. Avoid this unscrupulous, incompetent company like the plague

Bought Apple Watch from renew electronics via wowcher, it said nowhere about a 9.99 delivery fee on the voucher and said nowhere that there was no charger included which retails for £30. Very misleading as it was advertised as £109 but ended up almost £150. Poor company.

Received my 2 Wowcher apple series 3 smart watches today and I’m with happy my purchase, the only thing I can complain about was a scratch on 1 of the watches

I still haven’t received my phone back I sent it back to be repaired and they tried to blame Royal mail for late delivery when it was tracked and trace and they had it within a the day. Its know been 3 weeks!!It’s been at the last ages for over a week and a half now. It’s absolutely appalling the service they offer

The worse company I’ve dealt with. Had to chase them when order hadn’t arrived, turns out hadn’t even been dispatched. Then came with the wrong case. Again had to chase, two weeks later still no case, was then just sent a random red one, which wasn’t what I had ordered. They don’t answer emails and frankly don’t care.

Never ever again Ipurchased an IPAD through Wowcher the item didn't work and I returned it but waiting for more than 2 weeks for my refund nothing is happening keep away from both of them wowcher and renew electronic

Having discovered the various negative reviews here only after I had purchased my Apple watch series 4 from this company via Wowcher to say I was feeling a little apprehensive was an understatement!

However everything was absolutely spot on. I did have an initial problem with the timescale for delivery (Apparently the order process was delayed after redemption via Wowcher as I had ordered late Sunday evening ) but I had sent an email to renew electronics via their own website for clarification of when my watch would be processed and delivered and they got back to me promptly within 2 working days with the updated delivery timescale and a tracking number so that I could easily track when it would be delivered via Royal mail.

The watch works as it should and I love it! It has slight scratches but hardly that noticeable and is an absolute bargain for what I paid. The watch did not come with a charger which I am totally fine with as I had already ordered a new charger from Amazon. Overall I am very happy and I would definitely recommend the company based on my experience.
