I signed up and deposited £35, I played live blackjack and got up to £1500, when I went to withdraw my money it said £966 of the £1500 was locked due to a promotion, and if I wanted to transfer the money from online cash to withdraw able cash, I would have to sacrifice the other £600 in my account to access the £966. Subsequently they declined the request for the withdrawal of £966, and only withdrew the original £35 I deposited.

And now speaking with the customer service team they can’t seem to find the gaming history from when I had to sacrifice the money I won.
