Avoid this bookmaker. I signed up for an account and won about £80. I withdrew the winnings, but the following day the withdrawal was cancelled and my account closed with the following statement "The withdrawal was cancelled as unfortunately your account was found to breach our terms and conditions". I don't believe I breached any terms and conditions. All I did was placed a few bets and won.

Lots of other people report the same thing on TrustPilot, so beware.

My missus placed a bet with them, won £144. Then as soon as she tried to withdraw the money, they closed her account and kept the winnings. I feel very confidently that if she hadn't won then they would not have closed the account, this company is not ethical.

I sent numerous documentation I mean I would of thought a bank account proof was enough, but Unibet give it that 16.1 to 16.5 was why they closed account, just for a withdrawal, crazy con artist firm.

"Untrustworthy "

Awful, unethical company. Had an account for years. Recently I’ve been betting on horse racing, had a bad losing period where they happily kept taking my bets and letting me deposit however after a few winning days I have tried to withdrawn and they have closed my account and kept my money. They are quoting that I’m breaking some random term in the T&Cs but I can’t see any term that I’ve broken. They are refusing to give me my £380 - some of which was recently deposited funds not even winnings. Dreadful company. Avoid at all cost.

Over 5 years I lost £15k. Unibet never asked for source of funds. This week they asked, I uploaded them, and they replied that my income wasn’t sufficient for my deposits, and suspended my account!

Funny they wait until 15k is lost before they make this decision. Why didn’t they check income before and set a monthly limit.

Totally unresponsible behaviour.

Scammers, BEWARE.

Created an account to take advantage of the bonus offer. Lost my first bet and received the £40 bonus. Built this up to £832, tried to withdraw and then they claimed that I had broken their T&C 16 and 19 with no further explanation.

Absolute scum of the earth. Avoid any dealings with them.

"Obviously use algorithms"

They, after a small win imposed a loss limit on me. You don't know where you are with them. It is almost like they pace what you can spend with them . They asked for a financial strip down to ensure i could afford my losses which I gave them inc salary...they do not like savings, dividends etc. Obviously their algorithms or AI cannot do the maths when it is not a fixed monthly sum!!!

This company will do everything in their power to withold your money. Do NOT deposit into this company. They were happy to take money put of my account but once I won it was a different story. They stole over £500 from me.
