. I have over £1000 in the account, they reversed all withdrawals stating I have broken terms and conditions (cheated apparently) and banned my account permanently. They aren’t responding to emails. AVOID THIS WEBSITE .

They will close your account with no evidence of any wrongdoing (because there was none), cancel your bets and keep your money. Hiding behind vague terms and conditions it seems it is legal for them to do this! I repeat. DO NOT USE UNIBET.

Took my money for a bet so quick, i won this bet and then tried withdrawing it out, they wanted verfication after verfication, it took me a good 2 months to get my money after threatening legal action and getting my solicitor involved.
it paid off to have taken a screenshot of my bet as i always take proof of everything in case of things dissapearing.

Most ridiculous ID&V requirements I've ever come across. Just kept asking for more and more. I work in KYC and AML for a UK Bank and the stupidity of their KYC process and divergence from industry norms is staggering. Didn't bother to finish KYC in the end. How do they have any customers?
