Great company, beautiful tap with quality packaging! good communication helped me with a pre order… one thing I would say is that when items are preorder I missed it due to small text and didn’t realise and then wondered where my order was and had to wait 7 weeks for it however this would have helped if an alert box was raised at checkout to inform me before payment. Well worth the wait though ❤️

We didn’t end up keeping our Wodar tap in the end, which was a shame.. the colour didn’t quite match our kitchen.. but.. the returns and refund was easy! Went online, submitted the images, got sent a free return label.. 3 days later I had my refund in the bank. This is a lot quicker than some of the larger companies out there! Maybe Q****** should perhaps take a note of this.. Well done Wodar!

My partner and I recently bought a Holborn Aged brass for our new kitchen. We did see similar styles on other websites but Wodars Holborn is a little bit better looking, more traditional, and comes with a choice of white and black handles in the box which can be easily swapped! The aged brass is also unique to Wodar and a really stunning finish! We are just a bit gutted we are too soon for the matching sinks that are being launched later this year! Thanks Wodar, looks great!

"Failure to reimbuse payement after cancelled order"

Despite numerous emails and calls, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response regarding my refund for an order that was cancelled two weeks ago. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them, all I get from the switchboard is promises that they will forward my issue to the relevant team, but I haven't heard anything back. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against using their services.

The order number was 4815, under the name N Patel. It would be reasonable to think that once you confirmed that it was cancelled to me, you would have carried out the refund, but this was not the case. I rang and emailed total of 8 times only to be told that it would be dealt with straight away. After almost 2 weeks I have finally got an acknowledgement that the refund has been actioned today. Poor service, will not use or recommend you to anyone.

The order was cancelled before leaving you hence no return number. You were also contacted by PayPal to resolve the issue, again lack of response on your behalf. See below for the order comfirmation and refund
