I have never experienced such an appalling level of customer service from a bank in my life. I’ve been trying to get a response to my enquiry for what feels like forever, and I’ve heard nothing back. It’s like they just don’t care about their customers at all. Been choosing the option to get connected to an agent who speaks Arabic but it seems that they don’t have Arabic speaking employees when they are based in UAE! Multiple emails, calls, and messages—completely ignored!
If you want a bank that values your time or even pretends to care, this is not the one. I’m seriously considering moving my accounts elsewhere because this is beyond unacceptable. Unresponsive, unprofessional, and utterly frustrating. Would give zero stars if I could.

I am calling customer service as my ATM is blocked they are not able to guide me properly.. Then I go to the branch thinking will be able to solve the staff was so rude.. she never supports every bank has an Internet this branch doesnt unfortunately I had no Internet she said you need to carry your own Internet.. why I am even this bank.continuing now I am thinking.. Such an unorganised bank.. I am just waiting to solve my problem and close this bank immediately..

I wake up today morning and the bank deducted half of salary from my account for no reason it’s 5000 dirham I called them they refused to give me proper reason for it and told me I can do whatever they are not going to pay my money back and it’s a technical issue
They are terrible not recommending to anyone I can not feed my newborn baby for the rest of the months

This is the worst bank for registered a complaint for any Account issues no one is responding properly they are unable to solve the issues, every time every agent is just registering complaint but after that no results,
There concerned departments not responding not even attending there own service officers calls,
I never suggest to open the account in mashreq due to their very poor communication and solving the complaints.
Further more you never know when the bank will deduct old transactions from your personal bank account which was held in past as per there record. The bank disturb the customer funds any time there is a chance of bouncing of check due to this time of balance changing they made.
Worst bank at all I experienced.

Closed my account without even a call. Sent me a devaluation to sign on 28 and close on 30th and I have not even red the email.

The bank seems to only focus on taking money from their clients, ive never received any real help from Mashreq Bank or their customer servicethey don’t know their own policies. last month, they deducted 500 AED from me for no reason, and when I asked why, they gave me a vague answer and kept repeating themselves. I also asked why I couldntopen a USD account today, and they first said it wasn’t possible, then said it was because of my nationality. This is ridiculous. The service is terrible, and the company is troll and rude. They should seriously consider shutting down

Yesterday, we are asking for some queries through our company bank account around 7:40 in the evening. This indian lady is so rude, definitely you have the terms but she should explain it further and don't talk to us as competing. She's insisting on her own. Indian always rude every time. And they don't have patience. Really very upset.
