My order took 3 1/2 months to arrive. It was not out of stock when I placed order.
Numerous reasons given for delay and broken promises of imminent delivery.

It took nearly two weeks to get here which was twice as long as they said on their website, I was not happy.

I gave a bad review 2 years ago and have completely forgotten how bad AYP was. This time I will remember not to shop with them ever again.
I placed my order on 12/04/2024. Goods arrived on 19/04. I noticed one of the product had expired in 02/2024. I reached out to AYP customer service. Then I received an email saying a ticket was raised. I followed up with them 4 times and still no one responded. I gave up and filed a dispute with my bank.
If you plan to shop with them, make sure you check the expiry dates, cos clearly they are poorly with product/quality control as well as customer service.
