"Avoid this company "

I ordered some Metatone, which did not arrive. I contacted AYP, who did not respond. I sent a further 3 emails asking for a refund, again they have not reponded or refunded the money. Clearly a scam company, with no concern other for themselves.

After being emailed that item i previously had inquired about was now in stock I immediately placed order, which was paid for in full, this was on Feb 9th , after no delivery or contact stating a problem I emailed your help desk, after being informed of ordeing problems,then dispatch problems I finally received order a month after ordering and payment was taken.

"No delivery, no contact"

Have used previously and was impressed, but recent experience was abysmal. Contact is only by their form; first one was ignored, second elicited an apologetic email promising goods would be sent soon. They weren’t, and no contact.

How dare you ask me to review my order seeing as I ordered it over a month ago and have still not received it. I would give no stars if I could would never ever use this Company again. They should be prosecuted for taking money under false pretences.

"Diabolical service."

Orderd hay fever tablets and told 2/3 day delivery. After sending numerous emails after 10 days I got a reply saying that they were waiting for new stock to arrive and I could wait or have a refund.It was in excess of 3 weeks before we received the order. This company’s communication is very bad. I will never use them again.

Ordered hasn't arrived now for more than a month and is still showing as "processing", South l although payment was taken immediately.

Tried writing to them but they haven't replied in 2+ weeks.

The worst customer service I have ever had to deal with!!! Don't order from this site unless your prepared to wait over 2 months for your purchase!!! With no communication unless you email and complain
