Seriously bad company. Ordered a product. Was told after 3 weeks they didn't have it. 6 weeks later still can't get a refund. Can't speak to anyone, and they don't reply to emails

Despite several emails and excuses in response order never progressed past processing despite being charged. Replies stopped when I asked for a refund. Cannot recommend.

Sent an order to them and paid for it on20th of feb. Only excuse they gave me for not delivering it was dodgy computer break down. Still waiting for it. Rubbish outfit must be a scam. Cannot contact them. Never again. How they are still operating is beyond me.

Ordered a box of painkillers in February. Here we are at the end of March with no sign of the order and only contacted me after I complained. Still no further forward. Awful. Do not use.

Not dispatched after 2 months of purchase,
have been contacting its customer service for more than 1 month regarding of refunding but with at least 4 emails sent ( ask politely for reply each week) never come back to me!
Save your money and buy things elsewhere!

I still have not received my order which was placed 26th of February. You cannot call them and they don’t respond to emails or their website contact form! I have requested a refund but heard nothing back!

Ordered 18th March- still not despatched at 28th March. This is the second time they have done this and of course the 3-5 days delivery doesn't start until they despatch. I have no idea when or if my order will ever arrive. I regret placing this order and won't be using them again.

"Had to reclaim my money via chargeback as nothing arrived after 7 weeks"
Ordered a simple off-the-shelf item on 8 February and it was never sent. Complained (twice) and after a few weeks received an apologetic email promising to send by the end of the week - still never arrived. In the end I had to reclaim the money from my card issuer via chargeback which I've never had to do before. Appalling, especially since this company supplies people's medication.
