"If I could give zero stars I would"
If I could give zero stars I would. A con of a website and I stupidly spent a lot of money and then received the item. One example being a soundbar, nothing noted on the lot that there was anything wrong with it. It arrived with no cables or remote, so I ordered these from Samsung website ultimately not saving myself much more than buying it directly from them. Plugged in the cables to realise the soundbar doesn't actually work at all. They literally should have sent me an empty box. This website takes advantage of people who can't make it to viewings. It should be made a legal requirement that they should state on the product if it works or not. Also won a bid on Earphones, haven't received these and they haven't provided me with a refund.
Please avoid everyone, dreading the rest of my items coming now. You are better off spending the couple of extra pounds and buying directly than from these scammers

"Scam site stay clear"
Scam site, stay away. Pictures do not represent what you receive. Avoid

"Bought a juicer that was both broken…"
Bought a juicer that was both broken and essential parts missing. I know you will say that I could have viewed the item but when you live hundreds of miles away as most of your customers do it is not possible. You could at least tell if an item is broken.

"Avoid avoid avoid"
Avoid avoid avoid. Purchase about 10 microsoft office which was told sealed. When received them they were sealed but fake non of the code works lost about £1000. Contacted microsoft was told they are fake. Bought couple of more times always broken items. Fake and faulty don't waste your money.

"Miss sold item!!"
Poor after sales - was mis sold an item, had wrongly described and inflated the RRP to twice its value by over £500!
Awful delivery company
Stay away

"Massive con, don't go there !!!"
Reluctant to give 1 start to be honest. They sell stuff that have big parts missing and dont declare it, then allow people (who can't go to site to examine) to bid on-line. When it arrives and the parts are missing (rendering it completely useless) they say you should have gone to site to inspect it - John Pye is a massive con, don't go there !!!

"Not honest with item conditions to maximise profits"
I purchase 3no Xbox Controllers along with other electrical items such as motherboards. All Controllers were faulty, with easily identifiable issues (such as stuck buttons & loose thumb sticks), Both motherboards were faulty with again easily identifiable issues such as bent pins. These faults were clearly ignored and not specified in order to maximise profits. Pictures taken had not shown or highlighted damages parts. They do not have your best interests in consideration. They state you should visit the auction house to view items prior to bidding. However these auction houses are in distant locations. Some honesty in item condition is all that is needed, and they unfortunately do not provide it.

"I have bid a projector"
I have bid a projector, which looks like a new item in box, remote in polybag without open. The lot is no specific remainder that the projector is defect or not working. when I receive the parcel and try to turn on, the projector is not working, hence, I get in touch with the customer service. Their professional reply is the auction is not guarantee the goods is working order; buyer will take their own risk; no refund or return is offer!
Buyers please take attention there is risk to bid a rubbish and pay the VAT and Postage fee.
