Used John Pye for a number of years to buy from and had the odd issue with items either missing or parcels getting lost but have always been sorted.

As with any auction, items are there for a reason. Either go and check and find out the reason or expect things to be used, damaged, parts missing.

It's not some magical place where you are going to get all brand new stock for less that you would in a shop and then have all the guarantees and be able to return if something is wrong or missing.
