"what can I say about this company yet…"

what can I say about this company yet again . let's begin I brought 12 lots all small stuff that will fit in one box all from the same site. they charge me 9.99 for the first item which I understood also knew about the 1.99 per extra item . that's not the problem. the problem is that all the extra p+p totally 32pound are going in the same box I already paid 10pound for so basically charging me a extra £22 to add items to go in a box I already have paid for. day light robbery and fleeces the public for extra cash where common sense would of been easy to adjust the p+p to a reasonable amount not a amount which is basically taking the micky . be careful about doing this . the company has no customer care skills and don't listen to a word you say

Customer service always the best. Very helpful especially speaking to Bob today. He was very helpful to me. Answered my queries and ensured that I would get my goods at the right time to fit in with my schedule.

Purchased a lawn mower which works, and purchased 4 air fryers, 2 where broken and I threw in bin. Not checked the other 2. Last item I bought was a Bissell carpet cleaner which also doesn’t work. First time I’ve used this auction house and sadly the last.., over half the items were broken. Maybe just my bad luck but just letting you know my experience. Maybe it’s a good place to use if you want to sell your broken items and not have to take them to the tip ! Thank you for responding to this review. Could you advise then if its possible to plug in all electrical items and test before buying as well as starting the petrol lawnmowers etc?

As previous reviewers have mentioned John Pye hides behind its T&Cs and the opportunity to inspect goods before bidding. I was told that an RRP is for identification purposes only, yet when I used the RRP to identify the model was told that I should not have relied on the information given. In other words, don’t believe the listing description! I know of no other sales contract where the seller is permitted to lie and the buyer can do nothing about it. Absolute charlatans!

The overall ratings on TrustPilot should speak volumes for anyone looking to buy from JP.

Stay away from this auction, but if you are keen on wasting your money then buy from JP. 90% of their goods will either be damaged or faulty, regardless of looking at the pictures or going to view the items in person. Wish I had read all the reviews here before I made my mistake of going to these cowboys. Remember no refunds at auctions

If you bid and purchase five of something that’s what you expect to receive.
If there is four or three you should say….unless yourselves can’t count to five!!!
No excuse for it and if you post out you should at least be capable of counting….seems your reviews are getting worse and worse!!! Won’t be back!

They have used legal loopholes to ensure there's no comeback on the unusable goods they often sell. If you purchase, just know there's an 80% chance you'll be wasting your money with no chance of a refund. There's a very good reason they get so many one star reviews.
