"IS THIS SITE A SCAM? "

I have been trying since 05/19/2024 to find out where my products are, bought by invoce number 233835632, to find out who and when they will be delivered to me. Since then, every time I contact the people of this company, they give me different delivery dates or tell me that they will raise the problem further .Honestly, I don't understand how it is not possible to give, after so much time, details about when and how the delivery will be made. I also asked for details on how I could get my money back and he refuses to give me details.
I ALSO ASK NOW .... HOW CAN THE SITUATION BE RESOLVED AND HOW LONG?

Fantastic auction site. Never had a bad deal unlike over at Simon Charles where they literally sell junk.
I buy to sell and with the auction price plus the fees always come out on top.
I thought I had a parcel go missing so went to live chat where I spoke to Dorian who was incredibly helpful, polite and understanding even when I realised I'd put a blanket over my lost parcel.
The best auction site but like all auction sites just do your maths before bidding

Absolutely shocking! I won a bid for some hedge cutters, not only did delivery take nearly 3 weeks- the item in the box was a completely different model to what it said on the box! Tried to talk with them about it and they weren’t having any of it. Shambles. So now I’m out of pocket with some random hedge cutters I have no use for. Cheers John Pye, thanks a lot.

I am so dissapointed about them as I didn't think they will keep lying to us.After 1 month of having the auction with around 40 items bought , they are yet to be sent to my address and after so many calls and talkings to John Pye's agent , we are still lied about the fact that the delivery is coming on one day to another but nothing is here....400-500 pounds paid for all the items and 1 month of waiting ...nothing solved.Not sure what is going on as we bought from them several times by now and there was no issue but now, after 1 month , they are still keeping us in the dark about where the items are and what is going on with the money paid.

Bought from them a few times. I would not buy anything electrical ever again! Bought Philips Hue lights that dont work and a bluetooth headset that has a faulty mic.

If it's too good to be true, it is. Clearly they make their money falsely, documenting delivery charges (and likely condition of items may not be up to scratch which I'll have to see when it arrives). Each lot clearly states that delivery is £9.99 plus £1.99 for other lots - clear as day. However, they cunningly split into various 'showrooms' within various regions (even though they won't allow you to filter by showroom, only by region). Therefore, you end up buying what you think is decent value items (obviously with no warranty etc), but they sting you with every other charge. I'm paying for my items, then never using again. Tried once, won't be trying again. TIP - JUST EXPECT FULL DELIVERY ON EVERY ITEM (DO NOT BELIEVE THAT YOU CAN ADD EXTRA LOTS CHEAPER FOR £1.99 - YOU CAN'T). I'm just glad that I lost around 10 of the items I bid on, as I would have been paying hundreds of pounds in delivery charges, which I though would be £9.99 + £1.99 for each additional lot (which is what it states on the listings). STICK TO eBay then you won't be surprised and you have some recourse!

UPDATE - items received, both missing major parts which make products useless (one is an electrical device which leaks water all over the internal electrics - so dangerous). Complete waste of time - just don't risk it with this auction company!
