"First class service all round"

We were extremely pleased with the service received from Motor Repair Network. They collected the car from our house, kept us updated on progress, and returned the car much earlier than we expected. The repairs appear to be excellent and the car was valeted as well. Well done to all.

"Really pleased with Wright’s ARC"

The quality of the repair was high and i was very happy with my car when it was returned to me, it was clean inside and out and I’m pretty sure my key fob battery was replaced for me too. As a busy working single mum who doesn’t have a clue about cars I really appreciate this extra service.

Seemed to have made an excellent job on the repairs to my car. Gave it a thorough inspection, whilst I watched, when I took it in for its initial assessment. Had a bit of a wait for the repairs to be carried out as there was no courtesy car available but that wasn’t a problem as my car was ok to drive. Don’t know what would have happened if my car wasn’t ok to drive though. Was kept up to date about everything throughout the process by txt and phone calls, which was appreciated. The staff I spoke to on the front desk were nice and friendly too.
The day I took my car in, I was given a courtesy car which I was told needed to be clean inside and out on its return. I found this unusual( the outside anyway) but did it anyway. When I did return the car, all nice and clean, and went to collect mine I thought it would be nice and clean also but it wasn’t. I had actually cleaned it, as requested, before I took it in, in case they wanted to take more photos. I keep my car clean anyway. It looked like it may have possibly been hosed with water and left to dry but I expected it to be sparkling. I know it was left outside there overnight but it didn’t rain overnight or the day I picked it up.I know it’s not a big deal as such but thought I should mention it however petty it appears. Little things go a long way.

"Fairly quick turnaround for repair"

Fairly quick turnaround for repair. The courtesy car was not clean in or out. Was too low for my use as I have a spinal issue. At least we had a vehicle. Would be 4 stars but for the courtesy car
