"There is no garage in the whole of Nottingham"

My claim got passed on to Motor Repair Works on 13 April 2022 and there has been no update till now (19 April 2022).

Enquired this morning (19 April 2022) I was told "it is still in progress and will update once they find a garage that could have a look at my car". Looks like there is no garage in the whole of Nottingham.

I was also told that the work is done within the timeline (already 4 working days and still more to go).

"Horrible experience"

Horrible experience. Changed estimated completion date 4 times. Spent almost a month waiting for minor cosmetics job. Part of Marshmallow network partnership. Avoid.

"Terrible"

Terrible. Lied, not replied or just ignored. Had to use them because of RSA, would never use again if I had the choice. Hardest 6 months of my life.

"Irresponsible and ignorant"

Cheap, irresponsible and low quality partner with cheap low quality insurance companies like marshmallow. Avoid them.
