Meanwhile the person that drove into me has had his payout and new car already.

"I don't think they exist!!!!"
I received a call from this company Motor Repair Network on the 4th February whilst I was driving so I could not speak to them. They left a message for me to call them on a number that was different to the number they rang me on which showed up as suspected spam. I have been calling them since the 4th February everyday waiting on a line that constantly plays music. I think there is actually no one at the end of the line and the tape of music just plays and plays as no one ever comes back whilst you are waiting. I have tried all different times of the day. What is the point of having a company that has such a glossy advert but not have the decency to respond to any calls. I have wasted hours on the phone trying to get them. I got in touch with RSA Motability and explained the situation but they just put me straight through to the company once again listening to the awful music. This is a poor reflection to Mobility who normally give a first class service to those in need. I didn't want to give any stars but had no option so I gave one star.

"My 595 abarth was sent to these…"
My 595 abarth was sent to these characters for repair. They had it 8 month,had new lock set fitted only got one key,new drivers window used it up and down few times then fell off runner,new dashboard fitted with wrong mileage on,turbo gauge pod not bolted correctly,fingerprints all over plastics in car with car paint colour,plastics have multiple scrapes and to top it off car came back with major rattle in gearbox that wasn't there when it left. Wouldn't recommend these cowboys to do any job on a car.

Cannot get. hold of anyone after two days of constantly calling them . Line goes dead after 30-90 minutes of waiting time on 6/7 occasions over 2 days. AVOID AVOID AVOID

"Awaiting repair"
Our motability vehicle was damaged whilst parked outside our house when a transit van attempted to park in front of us and scratched the front bumper which requires a minor repair and no parts. This occurred on 3rd August 2022 and as of today 7/2/23 I am still waiting. I totally agree with the one star given by other reviewers. No contact from them, no foreseeable date for repair, long telephone wait times if you are lucky enough to get through. Frustrating and unacceptable experience.

Our motability car had the front broken in Centreparcs longleat no details left. Very sad. car park Friday 27 Jan. Reported to security. Reported to RSA. They want this company to repair our car. They phoned once last Thursday while I was running a support group. They sent a text asking me to call back. I spent half an hour on hold later Thursday. I spent 40 mins on hold Friday 420-5. Listening to the jazz on loud speaker while did sWashing and prepared dinner. I have been on hold again 20 mins now. It is impossible to get anyone to answer. This is so stressful. So impossible. Really frustrated trying to get help.

The worst company I have ever dealt with! Been 2 months out in a complaint and nothing, chocolate fireguards would be more useful, they don’t respond to emails, and good luck getting anyone to answer a phone!

"Would rate zero stars but thats not an option"
Zero stars isn't an option,my car hasn't even been taken for repair yet and I'm actually lost for words at the way this company have so far handled things, I initially seen all the bad reviews and contacted motability, they tried to reassure me that not everyone has a bad experience with this company after I told them I was not happy at all that this company had to deal with my repair, honestly they are a bunch of clowns and haven't got a clue what they are doing from one minute to the next! I am certain my experience with this ongoing issue will definitely get worse and I'm already going to be making a complaint with my insurance company, all I can say is AVOID!!

"I had the most awfully disgraceful…"
I had the most awfully disgraceful experience with them. Had to use them due to a fleet driver hitting my vehicle. Took me 2 month's to get something booked in due to a miscommunication. Then I get my car back and they forgot to fix areas on the rims and wing mirror dispite me calling and double checking while the ca was in the garage. As well as further damage has been done to my rims and my stereo no longer works!!!! What a disgraceful company, it is appalling that they are even contracted for a fleet insurer, they should be closed down immediately!!!! I'm so angry I can't even sleep, I'm shaking with rage and just want this fixed ASAP!!!!! It has been a week now and I still can't even get through to them to discuss this.

We have through motability - can never get through to them have to wait minimum 45 minutes on the phone and have had terrible service with repair partners too. One left the handbrake off our car as he was trying to drive it down the street.
Really awful and unacceptable service. Avoid
