"Motor repair network are unprofessional"
Sun alliance passed my mothers claim to the Motor Repair Network along with my details as per the policy as due to my mothers vulnerable state, age and nerves, I was authorised to deal on her behalf and I filed the original claim. Received call this evening from a male at the Motor Repair Network and he insisted he must speak with my mother only. I explained all of the above and he still insisted he needed to speak with her. She lives alone 50 miles from me. He then said he needed to put me on hold. Five minutes on hold then he terminated the call and never rang back. His tone and manner was slow and distracted throughout the call. Now having to wait till morning to call SunAlliance. Looking at the almost unanimous appalling reviews it’s a disgrace Sun Alliance use these unprofessional agents.

If I could do zero stars I would, same as most reviews I’m a motability customer with RSA, if Motor Repair Network actually answered a call it would be a miracle, you are on hold waiting for a “ handler” listening to the most repetitive jazz tune, the longest I waited was 90minutes and gave up, I’ve emailed said company, received a reply email saying as of 9th March that it wasn’t longer a functioning email address , but they fail to give you the new one , disgraceful company and customer service 😡😡

"Dodged a Bullet from 1* terrible service"
Recommended by RSA Insurance Mobility - after reading the reviews I decided NOT to Proceed and informed RSA to cancel as i would arrange repair myself. Thank you to all the people who have written reviews you have helped me dodge a bullet. I have Contacted RSA insurance to CANCEL the claim on the same day of making it due to the reviews.

So thought I’d join everyone but giving my experience whilst I’m currently on hold waiting for someone to answer for 1 hour 15 mins so far!!
My son had an accident his his motobility car last Saturday!!! We can’t yet get a courtesy car until the find a repairer and all the excuses of Covid Brexit n cost of living came up as to why they have yet to find a repairer!!! What they dnt tell you is they don’t look for a repairer every day the do it ever 48hrs!!! I’m currently on hold waiting to find out where the hire car is?? As my son requires a car asap!!! Everyone I’ve spoken to has either been rude or obnoxious and wondering why I’m frustrated on the phone! RSA don’t want to know either……why they have picked this company I DO NOT KNOW!! But I will be putting a complaint and trying to get the vehicle to an alternative repairer!!!

Terrible terrible terrible!! Vehicle still not repaired 5 months later. Spent hours on hold wasting my time trying to get through to them. Hire car arranged and the lease is given so short have to keep taking back then take out a new lease for another! Ridiculous. Not very helpful either and they give the wrong information stating repairs have been completed when they haven't!

Unfortunately Motability and RSA insist on using this bunch of cowboys for accident repairs!
They have absolutely zero concept of customer service or keeping the customer informed of progress etc.
Avoid like the plague!

"I am disgusted with this company"
I am disgusted with this company, I am constantly on hold and they never call back on the date or time I request a call back. They have requested pictures of my damaged vehicle over 7 times! Every time I call they tell me they have received the pictures and are not sure why the garage are still requesting them and that I will have a date for my repair soon. It has been 2 months and they still have not got me a date or garage to repair my vehicle I think they are a massive scam and fraud company who have no intention of repairing my vehicle. STAY FAR AWAY IF YOU CAN. It is not even my insurance it is through the people that hit my car. I am at my wits end and if I could leave a lower rating than one star I would!

"The worst reviewed company I’ve ever seen "
Had to call these people back after they were appointed by RSA to deal with my Mums Motability car. After being on hold for an age with no idea how long until they would answer I googled them and found these reviews. I’ve never seen a business on trustpilot which worse reviews, ever, and there are consistent themes throughout.
Not wanting my Mum to go down the road of stress and hassle using these I went back to RSA to ask for an alternative. They said Motability make them use this company, not sure if that’s true or not but will be contacting Motability. RSA agreed for us to use the supplying Honda dealership to effect the repair. Means Mum can’t get a courtesy car but she wouldn’t drive a strange car anyway. Glad I saw these reviews to avoid a potential nightmare.
