"Agents are rude and quick enough to…"
Agents are rude and quick enough to terminate the calls and chats after giving false information to customers! Managers are too busy to even speak to the customers even after making a complaint
It’s been nearly 2 weeks and I still haven’t herd back
Worst experience ever!!

"NOT A CLUE!!!"
If your a motability customer, and you place a claim, the chances are you'll be pawned off with MRN... (motor repair network)... Who haven't got a clue...!!
My vehicle sat in a yard for 7 weeks before being uplifted, and carted off...!
Rsa insurance have a part to play however, inso much as every fault you tell them your aware of, is ALL THE WORK THAT WILL BE DONE!
I got my vehicle back after almost 10 weeks, (a deer ran into me)... The damage to the front of the vehicle was repaired, but ONLY the damage I'd mentioned...!!
The brakes had an almighty squeek, and were not working correctly, dents all over bonnet, scratches etc due to the accident, still there, blatantly obvious..... Iv complained and insisted that the vehicle go back... Just awaiting yet again, another recovery....!!
So be warned people, your expected to be a mechanic whilst doing a self assessment of all your accident damage....!!
Bunch of cowboys...!!!!

"Avoid At All Cost"
Its hard to believe a well established insurance company like RSA use a shambolic company like this on their behalf. When you ring RSA about them they tell you to deal with them yourself.
Someone drove into my car while parked and drove off wrecking the wheel leaving my car undriveable. I put my claim through straight away with RSA who then passed my claim onto this company. My car is still lying damaged 3 weeks later with absolutely no sign of it being took away to be fixed - I dread to think how long they will take to fix it when they finally do take it away.
I rely heavily on this car as it is a mobility car for my mother. 2 weeks I waited for them to finally sort me with a hire car. My phone bill will be massive next month as I waited nearly an hour on a few occasions to get through with them to be repeatedly told they understand my frustration but are having trouble sourcing a repair company.
Nobody should ever use this company voluntarily as they are absolutely useless, RSA really need to remove them and use a far better company on their behalf.

"Absolutely shocking company … my…"
Absolutely shocking company … my brother had an accident in August last year, the car was taken to a local garage then transferred to this bunch of jobsworths through the insurers RSA (it’s a motability car). We are STILL waiting for it to be assessed, and the company it was meant to go to are apparently refusing to deal with them.
Fortunately my brother has a hire car but the stress on my mum and brother is horrendous. The calls between RSA, this lot and the various garages the car has supposed to have been taken to are numerous, the waiting times to talk to anyone are beyond a joke, and the car must be a stinking pile rotting somewhere (it ended up in a river in the accident) so I now really can’t wait to see what they come up with on the assessment.
Makes me wonder whether they hold onto the vehicles long enough for them to be deemed a write-off, get paid for the privilege, then sell the vehicles off to the dealers who will put them back on the road (profit sharing maybe?).
There must be an ombudsman for this sort of thing, and if not then some sort of national press exposure and questions raised as to why on earth motability and the insurers they use still deal with this company.
We are 7 almost 8 months into this now, and I am absolutely disgusted that they are allowing vulnerable people this level of stress.
