If you get put with these jokers just find someone else to deal with your car repair as you will be waiting along time they are not contactable they will not answer any of your calls or emails.
This company should not even be in the motor industry they are useless and I don't no why RSA INSURANCE deals with them.
Just look at the rest of the Trustpilot reviews.

won't answer phone. Haven't got a motability vehicle in for repairs yet (12 days post incident) leaving disabled lady unable to access the community. Won't provide a courtesy car. Disgusting

I came across Motor Repair Network via Marshmallow insurance. MRN outsourcing process has no regard for quality. After you pay the excess, you are on your own, no will to resolve the problem at all.

Complete waste of time you can't talk to anyone. Very surprised that motability deal with a company like this when people who are iMobile need their vehicle for a means of transport.

If I could give zero I would took nearly 3 months to pick my car up they do not pick up the phone or reply to email or web chat it took 5 months to get my car back to me the only time I got phone call was when the police we’re getting involve they had the front to ask for a review what a joke I would never use this company for anything there a joke keep well clear

Absolutely appalling customer or lack of service.4 days later and I still haven’t managed to get through to them.I have been on hold listening to horrid music for over 45 minutes each time.I have tried the web chat and still no one comes back to me.Really surprised that motability RSA insurance has started using this service.Would not recommend to anyone.

My Motability car was involved in a Hit and Run. Spoke to insurance company referred to Motor Repair Agency to organise repair. It took me five hours, over two days to get through listening to repeated music which nearly drove me mad. No message updating what number I was in the queue. When I did get through I commented that I had been waiting 2 hours to be answered, no apology. A very cold/uninterested agent took me through the questions. I was given the wrong information by MRA regarding the getting a replacement vehicle.
Never experienced such appalling customer service. Perplexed why any insurance company would want to be associated with MOTOR REPAIR AGENCY.

What the hell is going on I have been holding for an hour at a time yet still no joy of speaking to a person , finally whilst I was calling them they left me a message with a digit missing on the number they left me so I could not get hold of them it’s been 2 days I have been trying to get hold of them , they are not worth a review
