"RIDICULOUS COMPANY"
Is this even a real company? So they've collected my car and now have it. Then have text a text saying the claim and repair is on hold until I call them. Over an hour on hold and no one is answering?
ON HOLD AS WE SPEAK, STILL NO ANSWER.
Seems they're upto something and that's why I also come to check out their reviews and came across everyone who is having the same issue. Return my car is you're not going to repair it or answer and I'll have to find someone else!!!!

"Disgraceful call waiting time of over 2hours and still waiting to speak to someone!"
Granted I missed a call today due to a hospital appt . However, have tried several times today to get thru . I'm still on hold while I type this message. My last attempt before this one was over two hours. Have screenshots to prove this. Defo not impressed. This is appalling customer service.!

"Can't given them a review on their work…"
Can't given them a review on their work as NO ONE answers the phone.

"THANK YOU MRN."
This review is about my personal experience with MRN. I phoned them today at 08.00. It took 5 minutes to answer my call. The person that dealt with me was very professional. She arranged everything and sent me the links to send photos and arranged a garage. She also added me to the portal, to check on the work being done. We'll done, MRN.

"A totally incompetent company"
A totally incompetent company, no communication even RSA cannot achieve it. We now believe that our motability car has been repaired for almost 2 weeks and is waiting to be transported to us. Hopefully if our car is remodeled again MRN won't be the repair agents

"This might be a lengthy one"
Giving the motor repair network (referred to from here-on-in as MRN) one star is one star more than they deserve.
My car was involved in an accident through no fault of my own in early May 2023, my insurer uses the MRN to assign ‘approved repairers’ for the assessment and repair of vehicles.
Firstly, it took the MRN 4 weeks to find a garage to assign my vehicle. I was given a rental car after 10 working days of them not having a repair garage.
The MRN left my vehicle in the police approved impound, costing my insurer £60 per day, for 4 weeks.
Before my car even reached a mechanic, the claim already had several 0’s accumulated, the MRN blaming this on a supply chain issue - something not backed up by the number of quality garages that would happily take in the car and be paid fairly.
What you are left with are the garages that take on MRN job for the ‘easy’ jobs and don’t want any that are more complicated.
The garage that eventually took my car sent a quote a week later, without including mechanical damage to the track rod (wheel attachment) - clearly not actually having assessed the car at all. When I spoke to them and informed them that if they were to fix the car as per their quote, it would end up being a very expensive door stop, they accused me of not noting the damage on my insurance claim (not true - something that the insurance agent that has been helping me admitted on the phone, we went through all details together).
The second quote that the garage submitted for for a full suspension unit, at a cost of over £8000 - informing me that the car would likely be a total loss.
I then arranged for the car to be moved to my own nominated repairer at a manufacturer specialist repairer for a full assessment.
My repairer has informed me that the quote submitted on behalf of the MRN was essentially fraudulent, as there is no damage that merits the replacement of the suspension unit.
The nominated garage wanted to write my vehicle off, in the aim of only having to carry out simple jobs.
One of their first questions to me was ‘is this a motorbility vehicle’, when I said that it wasn’t, they seemed markedly less interested in the car.
Avoid this terrible company like the plague and opt to choose your own nominated repairer. Save yourself from the haste that I’ve had.
My plan is now to put this in the hands of a solicitor and as many press agencies as possible, to spread the word about this practice. My insurer has been incredibly helpful, I just wish that they wouldn’t work with this third rate company that seemingly enables fraudulent garages to defraud both the insurance companies and the end consumer.

"should not be trading"
Won't answer the phone, owed money and a large amount since December, they have no intention of paying so now i have had to pass the debt to our customer, who we've had an amazing working relationship with for 15-plus years! how they are allowed to trade is beyond me

"Was all good"
When I read all the reviews on here I was a little worried when I found out my motability car was going to be fixed through the motor repair network… but I had an accident two weeks ago tomorrow and I picked my fixed car up today… 3 days after my accident it was arranged for my car to be picked up… I messaged them through my online tracker for an update and I was replied to the same day… I haven’t had to call them so can’t comment on that part. But overall I had a good experience.

"Is anyone there...? Do they care...."
I've tried contacting this company to repair damage. I've spent over 6 hours (on hold) over a number of days. No success. Never got through.....Ridiculous, I've wasted so much time on this.
Requested call back from their enquires email, acknowledgement came next day to say this had been passed on, still no call 5 days later.
Insurance company also escalated, still no call 5 days later.
Poor customer experience
