Accident was 14mths ago, STILL waiting for my replacement car so I can get my car fixed.

Abysmal - for anyone else who is on perpetual hold, when you dial press 3, then 3 (invoice settlement - surprise surprise they are monitoring this one...) then 2 and it will ring and someone will answer. They likely won't help but at least you'll be talking to someone!

my insurance told me it is undriveable these have told me to ignore my insurance and just drive it which I haven't

then they proposed I go to Sunderland in order to get my car fixed I live in Liverpool

I’m keeping calling them for the last one week no one answering my phone . Holding for for then 3 hours . It’s a shame why the mobility RSA not take action against this prideful scheme. My car is broken down on road for 2 weeks . I don’t know when they will pick up . Hello I’m waiting 😊

Wont answer the phone 3-4hrs on hold at at time nobody’s spoke To me re my car since they took possession!

They keep saying to email them then don’t reply or read the first one as I keep getting the same thing every day !!
Now saying they are going to close claim when they won’t call me I can’t get hold of them ! Absolutely terrible !!! And I’m a motability customer who’s been left very distressed and carless !

They rang on Tuesday and immediately hung up. They don't answer the phone. I was on hold for 1 hour before I gave up the other day. Still can't get my repair booked.
