"Appalling company!"
Appalling company!! It’s a shame I had to put 1star… Our claim with More Than has been transferred to this company… after we had an accident! We have now been without a car 2 weeks. Our broken car is still sitting outside our house and garages keep “picking up” the job and then dropping it again as they are “too busy”!! They were meant to be sort out a curtesy car from day 5 but we keep getting fobbed off. Summer holidays are nearly over, our son starts school next week and we have no car to get him there!! Catchline “We make managing accidents easy” needs some updating as it has been far from easy! Next step the financial ombudsman.

"Had someone pull the wing mirror of my…"
Had someone pull the wing mirror of my car on Friday night, phoned RSA Motability Saturday morning and they passed my claim to MRN and advised me to call them this morning (yesterday was bank holiday). The number RSA gave me just got cut off as soon as it gave you 2 options so I tried the number on the MRN website and so far been listening to some pretty bad Jazz for half an hour (after selecting I am a Motability user on their options).
If they can't answer their phones I have little faith that they will repair my car, especially after reading reviews
RSA say I can continue to drive the car, but the heavy electroinic wing mirror is just hanging by the cable, swinging as you drive, not great nor safe if driving at any speed.
I need it at least looked at this week as police need a value of the damage as the culprit is going to court over it.

"Appalling service"
If I could leave a zero star review, believe me, I would. Absolutely shambolic service. No reply on the phone and no response to emails. I ended up putting in a complaint to Motability and RSA insurance and they moved my repair to a different provider.. hey presto, the new repairer contacted me the same day to arrange collection of the vehicle

"A Horrific Experience!"
I waited 7 months for MRN to collect my Motability car for repair. It's been repaired for 2 weeks, but MRN haven't arranged to collect it and return it to me! Absolutely horrific experience, which is made worse by the fact that you cannot speak to anyone, because they haven't answered any of my calls in the past 8 months! They should be shut down and never allowed to operate again.

Terrible service. You just can't get through to them. Ignore their flashy web site. We are not carrying on with Motorbility after our experience with MRN,RSA and Motorbility . It's just not worth it

"Absolutely Dreadful Company"
Completely agree with other 1 star reviews. This company really is abysmal. Had an incident in a car park last Wednesday (strongly believe it was a “crash for cash” thing). Spoke to my insurance company the next day. MRN tried calling me ONCE and left a voicemail on Saturday, when I was on another call. I immediately called them back, but was on hold for half an hour. Their repetitive jazz hold music is enough to drive you insane! I then emailed them because I couldn’t take that noise any longer, but still haven’t heard from them today (Monday). I tried calling them twice. The first time, I was on hold about 15 minutes and the second time, 46 minutes. I’ve also emailed them again.
Unfortunately, as I have a Motability car, I have no choice but to wait on this useless company. I will call my insurance provider again and see if they will chase them up for me. I’m glad the insurance company and therefore, the repair company, will be switching on 1st September this year. Maybe I should just wait until then!
P.S. All these people who say on reviews about companies not even deserving 1 star, the 1 star means that the company is terrible. Just because the ratings are stars, it doesn’t mean that 1 star is by any means saying that the company is any good whatsoever.

"Appalling non service"
Appalling non service. Been trying for weeks to get through. Why are they still being used for motobility customers? Frustrating, and resent being brainwashed by appalling jazz tune you can't get out of your head.
