"After my previous review regarding…Update on a bunch of clowns"

After my previous review regarding these clowns i find myself writing another, unfortunately my insurers use these useless *#*^+# for all their vehicle repairs, i had an accident back in June on the 18th 2023.... it is now 14th July 2023, after numerous emails and attempts at phone calls i have had no response from Motor Vehicle Network... on Tuesday it will be a full calendar month that my vehicle has been sat outside my house waiting to be assigned to a garage... it would of been nice if there were even an update... but No Nothing !! as i am typing out this review i am on hold, waiting to see if they bother to answer my call..... 1 hour and 6 minutes and counting !!!!! if i were allow to swear on here then i would, can i give you all some advice ?? before you take up insurance with your next insurer then i would check to see who repairs their vehicles if you had an accident... if its Motor Repair Network then stay away at all costs..... the one star i have given this review is too much, if there were minus stars then i would rate them as a thousand minus !!!

Motor repair network is a terrible company that do not answer the phone, don't matter how long you been ringing them, they just don't answer even after 2 hours still no answer eventually your phone will run out of battery, the worst thing is there's no call back service in place.

Waited 9 months for my minor damage to be repaired, still waiting. Since, then we had someone drive into our car causing greater damage.
Received a message from this useless company saying that the work had been allocated to a certain garage, checked online status and my vehicle is awaiting collection.

But our vehicle was collected by another repairer a month ago from MRN.

So these guys dont even know which repairer is repairing my car!


Been on the phone WAITING 45 minutes, now no answer.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Nobody ever answer the phone on motor repair network I been on the phone now for 2 hr no answer and no call back service, terrible service.

Bad customer service and they don’t care about the customer I was calling on my home phone while on my mobile speaking to them on FB messenger I asked for a phone call back but the person on the end of the messenger gave me the number to call after I explained I was calling already

Motability car 5 months old been rotting for over 6 weeks now. Cannot get hold of these people however much you try.

Looked to check the update and they cancelled the claim 😂

Most useless repair company I’ve ever had to deal with i was kept holding on the phone for 40 minutes with no response, its just as bad getting in touch online I was told to wait for them to call me back, do not waste your time with them.

2 months since my accident and still no contact what a complete waste of time if I had the choice I wouldn't use this repair company fed up and just wasting my time
