If I'd read the reviews on here I probably would have asked my insurer to find another alternative for my repair! But actually I've had a really good experience with Motor Repair Network.
Knocking off a star because the repair took longer than I originally expected but communication was good and everyone I spoke to was polite and friendly.

There needs to be a zero stars rating for this company. Motability RSA need to stop using Motor Repair Network. We had a no fault car accident on 18th January, we only got the car back today after a very long and stressful experience. From start to finish the Motor Repair Network have been incompetent and almost impossible to contact. Long waiting times on the phone, with no indication of the queue times or even if they're open, just plays awful non stop elevator music. Took 6 weeks just to get the car collected from the driveway after the accident! Insurance companies please stop using MRN, they are making the whole car repair industry look incompetent and are causing customers huge amounts of stress and inconvenience. We appreciate there are industry wide delays at garages and in car part delivery times but this doesn't excuse the diabolical service MRN are providing customers.

Useless disgusting vile Scammers, clearly keeping cars, keeping cars in their compound to charge storage fees. Low life company rubbish is an understament, absolute scum.
I even offered to do their job for them, after 3 months of waiting they can't even tell me if my cars a write off.

A total waste of time. Government benefit money is being handed to them via motability and sun alliance. It is obvious that they are not competent or able to fulfil their contract. Cancel it all and use a company that is worthy. Have been waiting for contact from them nearly 3 weeks.

Absolute shambles of a company. They were contracted to have my mobility car repaired on 12th of December by RSA. The car has not even been assessed yet!! Yet again..My disabled sons holiday will have to be cancelled...incompetence beyond belief!

Spent 49 mins on phone at any one time in total 2 1/2 hours and still not got through, god knows what their repairs are like I dread to think absolutely useless.

Absolutely the worse experience of my life my insurance company allocated them to oversee repairs to my sons wheelchair adapted van on jan 30 th it took 6 weeks for them to allocate a garden and to date it is sat in the garage awaiting repairs. The garage are tearing their hair out as they can’t any replie to their quote avoid at all costs now getting local press involved to highlight how they have left a young life limited man without his van

"The Worst Company EVER"
This has to be the company with the worst customer service ever, their website advocates how great they are but nothing can be further from the truth. I have a motorbility car insured with RSA ,I was involved in an incident 17th January and have still not had a resolution. Its impossible to speak with them , the telephone service is appalling. They tell outright lies. I really do not understand why insurance companies would sub out the claims handling to such an incompetent company.
