I’d also like to say, each time I telephoned for progress report, it was answered as soon as they could, bearing in mind that only two ladies are on front desk, sometimes one had to wait! Taking into account call volumes etc etc ., a thank you to all concerned involved in the repair of my Ibiza fr.

"I am at my wits end with Motor Repair…"
I am at my wits end with Motor Repair Network - no one answers my emails, I cannot get through on the telephone & no one responds on instant messenger. My car was repaired by one of their 'preferred garages' to an appalling standard and the work has still not been completed. I get a call from the complaints team at activate-group who deal with MRN complaints which gave me hope & they came to an arrangement with the garage but the 'preferred garage' have not kept their end of the bargain and I am back to square one. This issue is now seriously affecting my well being. Will SOMEONE please reply & help!

Awful company.
Avoid at all costs.
It’s left me trauma for future incase any repairs are needed on my vehicle. Just takes the mick more out of vulnerable people too 7 months later my car has finally been repaired.
That’s not even the bad review season.
My car was damaged 26th August 2023, September 1st 2023 I had sent images off that they requested of the damage. I heard nothing for 2 months. November I chased this up got told that the car garage didn’t receive the images as they couldn’t access them so they asked motor repair network to send them via email which if I never chased this up I would still be waiting today. The garage they had assigned my car to had horrendous reviews and I wasn’t comfortable with my car going to that garage. They happily changed this and that was that. I then got told to book it in from a phone call I received which I did.
End of November my car got picked up by 2 men not in uniform and I checked on my car app to see where my car was and it was at the garage I DID NOT want it to go to which was a hour away. And I got told I had to make my own way their to collect it and no one was going to refund me the cost of my dad loosing 3 hours out of work to collect me and him driving a hour to get me to take me to my car which was a hour away to also get to my car with 10 miles in.
Which this all happened because motor repair network failed to cancel the other garage.
My insurance company and I put a complaint in, and what I got back was a phone call off a rude man telling me if my car went to the original place and if it came back with more damage or issues I’d have to prove it to be repaired more. (Just more inconvenience if you ask me, also my car I get to decide where it goes) And just ended up what felt like a targeted go at me because of what’s happened.
I ended up sending a bank statement of my fuel I had to add in to get myself home but they didn’t want to know about the inconvenience they had caused me or the loss of money my dad had lost and the fuel for me to get there either.
I then rang Motor repair network to complain to be told the original complaint I put it hadn’t been filed and I was lied to.
Motor repair network really have messed up here and are ignorant people when it comes to handling with vulnerable people who struggle to stand up for themselves.
