these people are diabolical
after a 2 year claim, ridiculous company, terrible staff with zero empathy.
Where do I start.
After trying to claim for an accident I didn’t cause, but Marshmallow paid out to her JUNE WAGSTAFF, but not after refusing my claim.
Then MRN accused me of doing the damage before said claim and refused to pay me, I had to pay over £700 for repairs and the failed mot because of her hitting me.
Now after 18 months plus, I had a garage trying to take my car off me as it had been written off!
As mrn hadn’t bothered to do a real job. The team have no idea what they are doing or how to treat people or human beings,
Those who work for this company haven’t had any training at all. Save your money and invest it wisley

It took a while to get the car booked in for the repair work to be started, and 2 months for the work to be carried out, I don’t know whether this time period is about right for the amount of work carried out or not but it seemed a long time, I found getting an update a little challenging, I message the team for an update a few times but never received a reply back, in the end I spoke to someone over the phone, they were very polite and helpful. When my car was returned, the work looked brilliant, I was extremely happy, I have my car back, it looks like new.
