"The person I talked to is very…😎👍"

The person I talked to is very understanding and willing to help. When I first got my natko I didn't realize it. It wasn't just a bike, I had the assisted pedaling all the way up in an enclosed area. I just pedaled slightly and rammed into a guardrail. It destroyed my wire that went to my horn and light.
You guys were able to provide a new part and I fixed it.
So thank you guys very much and hopefully I won't have any more mess-ups. Thank you again

"I advise everyone to NOT purchase NAKTO…"

I advise everyone to NOT purchase NAKTO electric bikes! Not only will they send you defective products, but they also virtually have no costumer service and when you get in touch with anyone from this company, they handle your situation as incompetent, poorly and unprofessional as I have ever experienced any company handle their business.

I spent all my savings on a $1,200.00 e-bike from them. Due to a pending immigration status (I am from Germany, living in the US.), I am not eligible for a driver license momentarily and therefore had to find an alternative mode of transportation to and from work.

They sent me a defective bike. Not only was the battery defective, as well as the charger (from day one upon plugging in the bike to charge, naturally carefully following instructions, there were sparks and popping sounds, which I didn't realize until It was too late, unfortunately.), but also every single screw on the bike was lose and had to be tightened, all the way down to the break screws.

Upon contacting them recently, because my battery seemingly started failing (the bike would not turn on at all.), firstly they didn't reply until about a week after I had contacted them. Their response was an instruction email on how to test whether the battery is damaged, or something else might be the matter. In the email was told to use a multimeter to check the battery's voltage. I explained to them that I was not in the possession of a multimeter, nor was I financially able to purchase one, at my own expense, to test the battery and asked them how we could proceed. The only answer "Linda" had for me was to send me the same instruction email in response 3 more times, as well as an email that stated that the problem must be a "voltage problem" and that they "suggest" to plug in the charger into the power source and then connect It to the battery, which I replied to that I had always done It that way/as was instructed, as well as the fact that I own another nakto bike, which I plug into the same outlet and same cable and there has never been a "voltage problem" and that this bike and Its' battery are in functioning condition.

The next email I received from "Linda" stated that I had to plug the charger into the battery FIRST and THEN connect It to the power source... Which one is It, Linda?

Finally I was able to buy a multimeter and test the battery. It turned out that not only the batter, but also the charger was faulty (the only way I was able to figure out how to even test them properly was by watching a youtube video, which clarified the process, since their incoherent instruction email never actually made clear where and how to connect the battery, let alone the charger, to test their voltage.). When I contacted costumer service once more, this time per live chat, to verify that indeed the battery AND the charger were the problem, It took a service representative nearly an hour to reply to me, that's secondly. He asked me for the order number and whether or not I had contacted amazon about the defective product, to which I responded that I was told by them that I would have to contact the manufacturer. The representative then proceeded to tell me that he will certainly relay this problem to the "internal team" immediately and that I should be expecting a response within 24-48 hours and that the people in the "internal team" will "help me". I waited...... Two weeks......, Before I GOT in contact with THEM, since nobody was reaching out.

Lastly, when I got a response, after I had asked If there was any way that they could send me a replacement battery and charger free of charge (a value of $300.00 for myself, almost certainly only a fraction of this price FOR THEM.), since they had obviously sent me a defective battery and charger in the first place, all I was told, once more, was that my warranty had expired (a 1 year warranty, expired by two months.) and another explanation on how to properly connect the charger to the battery. All I was asking for was for them to replace the defective items that they had sent me.

Many people purchase these electric bikes nowadays, more often than not It is wealthy people, which like to have a little fun and a little exercise, so they purchase these bikes as "toys"... I know this, because I speak to many of them about these bikes and I also work WITH a few people that are considering buying an e-bike, as well as IN an environment where many people ride/purchase those bikes and where these bikes have become very popular within the last couple of years.
Well, for me It was an extremely vital and important life purchase, dependent on my lively hood, like a car for most people, which would take me to work so I could provide for my family and pay my bills.. Technically Nakto ruined my life. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Save yourself the money, trouble an poor costumer service.

"Incredibly high quality and performance!!"

Half a month ago I met a friend of a friend who was riding a Nakto Ebikes. He let me take it down the street and back and I was hooked!! The next day I ordered the Nakto and I could not be more ecstatic with the performance. This is my first ever E bike and the power and stability is off the charts good. I am 63 years old male and in excellent shape and it’s a great way to continue my physical activities. I did not even look around the other companies before making this purchase - subsequent to buying my electric bike. I did look at other companies and I am convinced that Nakto Ebikes is the BEST on the market for the money and quality. This is a fantastic made in USA product and I fully recommend this outstanding company Nakto Ebikes. I have already talked to two of my friends about this and they intend to purchase one.

"I suspect that this was a return...the battery came almost fully chargedabout and there were 28 miles on the odometer and there were scrapes on the inside of the handlebar holder/receiver!"

What happened? Your e bike bricked on me after only four days!! Trying to contact you resulted in a lame automated reply...I'm a senior citizen and I don't have any confidence in this bike or the support...I'm very disappointed...this seemed like a wonderful way to get around.
