I needed a new battery for my camel bicycle. I, inadvertently, ordered the wrong battery. The team was on it, and they notified me that it was probably the wrong battery. They started my refund immediately and also sent me a link to purchase the correct battery. My new battery came in about a week. I am once again enjoying my bike. MANY KUDOS !! to Nakto and their team!

Can’t believe you guys don’t ship to Hawaii and Alaska even tho it’s not hazardous item. 1 star for correct part. Sold the bike after fixing it cause you guys only support on the mainland. Dont buy these guys bike.
