I recently purchased a dress from Asim Jofa, and I must say, I am thoroughly disappointed. The dress I received looked nothing like the online pictures. Not only was the design completely different, but the quality of the fabric was very poor. I had hoped that getting it stitched would salvage something, but even after spending a significant amount on tailoring, the dress looked even worse. It's disheartening to spend hard-earned money on something that not only fails to meet expectations but also ruins an important event. As a customer, I expected better from Asim Jofa. I will not recommend Asim jofa to anyone!!

I’ve ordered a suit but I was so disappointed when I received it. It was not the quality or anything near to the picture was shown on their website. I would never ordered anything again neither I would recommend anyone. Please be aware they don’t sell what they show in the pictures on their website. I paid 6599 Rs for an unstitched suit But that quality and stuff you can buy from a normal shop less then 2000 Rs. I don’t know whether they have got any refund policy or not.

They are launching new brands every week or months but they are always out of stock. If you don’t have men power to make orders why you are launching new products when you cannot fulfill customers request for previous orders. There are 2,3 dress i have been asking them contacting them through email WhatsApp they are say same thing all the time please click on notify button and when it’s available you will know and we are busy on backed up orders please wait little longer soon. it’s been 2 years. Hahaha. Bad service

Extremely poor suits don’t bother. Completely different from what they are online. Also missing items within the package as well. Waste off money and waste of time. Won’t exchange or refund SO BE AWARE!!!! Customer service is also extremely poor and just fob you off!

I have ordered 2 suites from Asim jofa website,was far far different from display,poor quality fabric,seems B & C grades copies,pathetic services.
Don't buy nd waste your money.
Such a pathetic brand.
