The dress that came was torn. When i wanted to exchange it the customer care did not even reply correctly. I would like to complain about the poor customer service more than the dress.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful customer service. Your customer service is awful and the unstitched items are not suitable for all sizes. I am very disappointed especially ordering from you guys and shipping internationally. Never shopping anything from you. My outfit is ruined which I had to wear for a wedding. I almost spent 50,000 and bought dresses for my wedding but its trash.... Don't buy

I ordered a suit and i thought it will be good and rich like the model was wearing it and when I opened it was just a trash. I am very disappointed with this brand. It was really a big scam with us. The stuff was shown very good but actually it was just like a piece of paper. The embroidery was not rich.
I ordered from many brands before but it was one of the worst brand ever. I recommend every one that don't ever order from this brand.

Purchasing items online from Asim Jofa is a very bad experience. I purchased a birthday gift for my wife from Asif Jofa worth Rs 5450/-. It was received without sleeves. The complaint system is not responsive and not interested. A very poor customer service. They replied that it would take 7-15 days. Despite after 15 days, there is no response. The wedding event for which I purchased the clothes has approached and because of the poor customer service of Asif Jofa, I am in a big trouble.
So think before you buy from Asim Jofa.

There was a time when this brand had the best quality outfits, the designer is a thief and should be ashamed of himself. Selling overpriced cheap quality items! Paid over 100K to him in the past couple of years. His service, arrogance and clothes are “disgusting”. Return policy is atrocious abd no words are sufficient to describe the incompetence of this brand quality!

Third-class replica products that are fraudulent.
My wife placed an order for an unstitched suit that was $100 on sale.
What we received is a duplicate of the suit, which comes in two shades and doesn't resemble the original photos with all of the embroidery that was displayed. Worst return policy—I've never encountered anything like this with any other brand Sana Safinaz, J. Khaadi, etc.

Absolutely horrible! Will never make the mistake of ordering from them again! Given the amount of bad reviews I don't know how this brand is still running!
