"Colour may vary????????????? COLOR WILL VARY!!"

Ok, so we ordered from Asim Jofa for the first time. 9 items. ALL different shades. It's unfortunate to see how such a renowned brand would do something like this.

V v v bad experience.. this is fake brand .. I ordered a dress from asim jofa 6099rp they send me 3rd class copy of that dress plus missing pitches.. dress and pitches has different shades ... they r not even give me any responce that how I send back there bakwas parcel ..

their customer service was great whenever i rang from my pakistani number they instantly answered and told me the status of my parcel. TCS had issues finding my house but eventually delivered my parcel. i have given asim jofa 2 stars only because of their great customer service otherwise they would have had 1 star for the clothes quality and resemblance to pictures sold. material was not enough to make the same design as shown in pictures online. (for a tall person). also missing some of the embroidered lace on dupatta for a suit. i would not order from asim jofa again. the suits were okay but it was not what was sold in the pictures.

I had ordered form this website and on purpose they had sent my package to pakistan I phoned and no answer I texted and the same reply kept coming back they said I had to return the parcel within 7 days I didn't know how that was possible because it was on the other side of the world they won't even give my money back my mother in pakistan opens it and turns out it was ripped and the pieces were kissing and out of the before before I even opened them terrible company!

i order 3 stitched suits from teens section same sizes (16-18)worth 24000 … all suits are labled same but are of different sizes and the stitching quality is so bad, loose and threads all over the place , I am very loyal and old customer .. order stitched suites for first time and all of my money is waste A Big Disappointment

Given a second chance to Asimjofa’s stitched order. Utterly disappointed once again as my 10yr old daughter can not fit into a 12-14size clothing. Surprisingly she couldn’t even get her head into the neckline and she is an average built girl. Also this time the quality was poor too.

Never is going to order stitched version ever again. STAY AWAY FROM STITCHED ORDERS.

Delivery was as stated on the website.

I recently bought a Dress from this website Once I received my parcel I opened it and was surprised that it was damaged, I returned the Order back to the given Address so now they are not giving me my refund Back... I already waited more than 3 weeks now they are saying to wait more time. Tell me how much time is required to Transfer Payment From one Bank to Another.???

Very very poor services. Not recommended in any case. They will take the money from you and after that will not even bother to reply your messages. Like a robbers

They people are not returning my refund also... It's been a month they are giving lme excuses. I will wait for some time if still they didn't I I will literally legally approach them. I will not let them using our money for their businesses. What type of brand is this which is not able to rutrn the money ... Shame on u people

If I could give a 0 I would absolutely theives I spend over the odds on shipping and bank fees to ensure the product would arrive on time but it’s been almost a month the order was delayed due to Eid after pursuing for weeks the order was dispatched only to recieve the lowest paid suit on the order which looks like a different suit altogether and two outfits missing I have messaged emailed whatsapped but still no reply I literally threw hundreds of pounds in the bin don’t trust these so called trusted sites NOT WORTH IT
