They have worst return policy. You can't exchange your dress. I ordered a dress which was in pink colour but the one I received was in maroon I requested them to allow me for exchange with any other article of same collection but they denied.

If I could give zero, I would. Horrible customer service and quality of fabric is poor quality. I purchased two unstitched suit from Asim jofa and couldn't get stitched right away so I wear my dress 2 month after purchase and after only having my dress on for 10 minutes my husband noticed back of my kameez frayed around armhole area. I contacted asim jofa customer service n they told me there is nothing they can do because it passed date for refund.

I must say, though they have a Big Name in the Fashion Industry but their customer support sucks. You always receive such arrogant messages from their customer support that you have never experienced with other brands equally renowned.
When I received my parcel, both of the suites have issues with the design and were not worth wearing. However, they did agreed to refund forthwith but they have a different policy of 10 days return. If you don't return within the 10 days of parcel, you're not entitled for refund. In my case, I got the order on 7th day; get to know the suites are of B-Quality on 8th day, talked to them on 9th day and rushed to the courier on 10th day while travelling to another city. Means such a pain of shopping with them.
On top of that, you're the one who always have to communicate with them otherwise they are such a Big Brand that they don't follow up their customer. I wouldn't imagine to place an order with them in my life again; nor recommending to anyone.

Worst brand ever I ordered a suit and they send me the suit which has different colour trouser and when I claim to plz change the suit or plz change the items they refuse.... that we don't have any change policy...... And the fabric is cheap I think the sellers who sell copy of these designer have better quality than asim jofa
