"Don’t buy a power smart lawn mower "
I am a 63 year old woman. My mother is an 87 year old woman. We scraped together the money for your lawn mower. We received it yesterday. Today we started to mow. It immediately stopped. The belt cover must not have been properly installed. The blade was cut into it. We had a lot of trouble getting it off the blade. We had to cut it off with a kitchen knife because we don’t have tools.
I figure out from the manual it’s item 18 belt cover part # 203050396C for model # V8621S
I try to order a replacement part. You have a 203050396B that looks completely different.
So, I call 872 314 0005. There were 7 callers ahead of me. For over 30 minutes you update me on my place in line. Finally I am one caller away and you send me to voice mail !!!!!!!!??????? I call back there are again 7 callers ahead of me again. So, i hung up.

We had ordered a generator our full address was not put on and we didn't Know that and I tried to Contact them with no success couple times Waiting on the phone just to get Hung up on They did send us tracking information that we weren't aware of and they have refunded our Money. I don't know what kind of product they sell. We had a bad experience. We went and read reviews. And then we got scared and kind of freaked out. But some part we are in the wrong because we did give the wrong address.And they did give our money back like I said, I don't know about their products so I can't say anything.I also was a new customer but just wanted to say what happened. Forgot.

DO NOT waste your money on there poorly made products!!! I decided to try them out on a whim, seemed like a good deal for a decent price. And boy was i wrong, within 3 months of having this mower the entire front plastic part that hold the front tires and hight adjustment snapped while i was cutting the yard and dug a half circle into the ground from the blades digging in, also the self propelled wheel broke 2 weeks later after i managed to rig the front back on, so now the mower has a wheel that doesn’t belong because you cant buy replacements for the self propelled wheels on the website, so only the right side has its original self propelled tire. I have sent numerous emails to the company about the issue well before the warranty was up, and guess what? Not a single response not a call not nothing. So we paid hundreds of dollars for a piece of junk that broke within 3 months. Trust me, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS BUSINESS!!!!! Its not worth the headache your most certain to get

Warranty process with this company is horrendous. I bought a leafblower. One of the batteries worked only one time before it died. I tried calling a couple times and got put on hold forever. I ended up emailing, but every email was like starting the process all over again, until I figured out I had to include a screenshot of my previous emails, so they would understand that I've already been in contact with them. It took about a year, but I finally got my replacement battery.

Even the number the company has on this page doesn't work. Have had the 21" lawn mower for less than a year and the bar that holds the handle in the mower snapped. I can not get support to respond to emails. It has been less than a year and have used mower maybe 5 or 6 times. It starts great but that doesn't do any good now. DO NOT purchase products from company if with this kind of customer support! I have been trying for 10 days.

Bought a DB8631 22” self propelled mower. It has worked for two years. That’s the upside. The drive gears are stripped. I have been trying to get their parts dept for several days. When I’m next in the queue the recorded voice tells me that no one is available to take my call. This after waiting 50 minutes
I left messages with my name and number. No return call
This company needs to be investigated

"This is the worst product I ever…"
This is the worst product I ever purchased and worst customer service I have ever encountered. I purchased a powersmart 4400 inverter generator, I used it twice and it broke in the second use. For several days now I have been trying contact someone, I've sent emails and called multiple times with no response. Do not purchased thier product, you will be sorry!

After 4 mows the wheel broke off my new power smart walk behind. I replaced the wheel.
Next the cord broke. I have emailed the company with no response. Will never buy power smart anything again.

We bought a cordless tiller for our small garden well unpacked everything got it all together and the plastic safety key is broken so we can’t even use this thing The absolute worst in customer service!They want you to purchase the product but you need to contact them for parts for get it!I have left 4 messages and 2 emails nothing not one person replied to me or called me back!Do Not But There Junk!!!!Stay away
And I really hope someone from this horrible company reads my review and maybe they will realize what kind of a crap company they are working for!!!

"Good for one season. "
I have the Power Smart 4 cycle brush cutter. Worked fine for one season. Tried using it this season. It’s been sitting on the carport through the winter. Checked the oil and it was bone dry. Added the appropriate amount of oil and tried to start. Pulling the cord is nearly impossible. Putting maximum effort and you can feel the engine turn over once. It doesn’t get any easier. Cord retracts normally.
My opinion? It’s a piece of junk.
