"Stay away"

Stay away. Cheap product and terrible customer service. Will not honor warranty with repairs. Home Depot should be ashamed to sell items from such a bad company.

"Powerstupid"

Electric mower cost me $670 and it is junk. Battery time is 20 - 30 minutes. Rear discharge clogs constantly, even if it didn't, you would have to change the bag every few minutes because it is small. Also, my drive won't quit unless the mower completely shuts down so, constantly starting and stopping the mower. Ivfollowed the instructions in the manual, still drive will not stop. Most of all I can't get anyone from "customer service" to help me. Never again will I buy a powerstupid product! I would do 0 stars if I could. UPDATE: Customer service manager called me and apologized for the poor service, explained staffing problems and are aggressively focused on the problem. She offered me a full refund and it was processed immediately. This is how customer service should have been to start with and I applaud her effort.

"Terrible Product, and even worse Customer Service"

I had purchased a PowerSmart push lawnmower to replace my old Craftsman that I had owned for 16 years. After the first season with the Powersmart, the plastic front end that holds the front wheels snapped!!! The front end was digging into my grass!!! I've been trying for 2 days to get in touch with customer service by telephone. Just as I was next in line, I get disconnected. Stay away from this company! Not just this product, but the WHOLE company!!!

"Really bad customer service"

My local repair guy won't deal with Powersmart and now I know why. On hold 45 minutes and when you are supposedly next, it disconnects you. After I devoted half a day to repeatedly calling and holding, I did speak to a rep and ordered a new part, but they sent the wrong part, so here I go again. And they don't return voice mails. Avoid this company like the plague!

I wouldn't even give them a star if I didn't have to. Worst customer service out there communication sucks product knowledge sucks. Parts and personal contact, good luck!! Try getting a hold of the company before you buy their product and I guarantee you will not

Don't buy from this company. Rated F with BBB. I bought a brand new snow blower and the first time I went to use it, the auger cable snapped off. Emailed and called them, no response. Reported to the BBB, they didn't even respond to them. Unacceptable!

I been trying to order parts for my lawn mower, and the part are not list on the website. tried calling, not no response. i have email twice, still no response. the customer service for this company is so unorganized, lack any kind of communication to help when it comes to solving problem, and the part depart website is in complete. need to be update. may have to trash my lawn mower because unable to find the part needed to pick the mower, poor customer service, or should i say no customer service.

"Deplorable Customer Service"

Similar to the majority of reviews on this thread, I share the same sentiment. I have made multiple attempts to reach out to customer support regarding a battery return, but have received no response. The battery in question was intended as a backup for an electric snowblower. Although I had no issues returning the snowblower itself (due to its poor performance) through Walmart, the battery was purchased directly from PowerSmart. Unfortunately, my four emails regarding the battery have gone unanswered. It is truly disappointing to witness such a poor level of customer service from a company.

"Customer service is awful!!"

Awful! I would tell you never to go near them. I purchased a snow blower, it worked for 10 minutes and then didn’t. That wasn’t my issue however. The customer service is pathetic! I tried to call 3 times and every time I got to the next in line I got kicked back. I emailed to which they responded once and went radio silent. Thankfully, I purchased additional protect so can send it back to the store I purchased from. You have been warned!

"Update"

Hey everyone, this is not so much of a review this time but it's more of an update.
Since posting my review, someone from Powersmart did finally actually respond to me via email and we did get my problem resolved.
Although I did my money back, I'm not sure that I would buy anything from this company again until they get their stuff straight and drastically improve their customer service! There is absolutely no excuse for the way they treat their customers and not answering calls and come up with lame excuses that their phones don't work. Good luck to everyone else.
