When Jon first contacted us we were a little nervous, not sure if we were willing to proceed but as it turned we had some serious £££ paid back to us from HMRC for stamp duty. Due to our annexe we paid more Stamp duty than we needed to and SDLT Experts pointed this to us and we didn’t have to do anything. They did it all and we got back what was owed.
