Jon Fitch was absolutely wonderful. First contact was January 17th and our money has now been paid into our account on February 8th. All you need to do is fill in a couple of forms, take a few photos to prove the separate dwelling and leave Jon to weave his magic.

Jon contacted us recently with regard to our over payment of Stamp Duty on a house purchase , he advised us that he could make a claim for a refund and after discussing this we decided to let Jon deal with the claim , after a few weeks we were pleasantly informed by Jon that he had been successful in making the claim for us and he had received the full refund from the Reenue which he promptly handed over minus his reasonable fee.
I would have to say if Jon contacts you regards any Stamp Duty overpayment his service is excellent.
