"Unintuitive, clumsy interface"

Incredibly unintuitive compared to Dropbox and Google Drive. The desktop app is next to useless as it does not allow you to login to your account. The "buy more storage" button is never hard to find though!

I've got an awesome lifetime 2TB plan with Zoolz and am a new customer. The post-sales support team are really helpful and the Windows interface is really easy to use while giving plenty of advanced features for granular control of my cloud backups. I'd certainly recommend the service.

Excellent, easy to use, cloud backup with great end user support. Customisation options are great including speed of backup (bandwidth) options etc. Install, setupup your backup folders and any customisation settings to your taste and then be assured your files are protected.

Overall, everything has been great and working well. Only a couple minor annoyances that I've had with some technical limitations of the software, but nothing that most people would care about (very rare circumstances). Otherwise, no problems, always answers questions, fast backups and good service.

I got recommendation from my friend on this piece of software as my Google drive is expiring.Backuping is fine (but doesnt utilize all bandwith even it could - and i dont see any settings on this).Little issue is that COLD backup mean it´s just on stand by.When you will need your data,then it takes some hour to prepare them for download.No problem about this.When i lost data i would be in no stress ift in day or hour.But what i really would like to get is some guarante,,that this storage i can rely for next 1 5 10 years (you all know how some free storage services are ending suddenly..)
