"Shocking customer service"

Shocking customer service - trying to import my backup that I was running on my desktop computer to my laptop. You would think this would be a very simple process!
Followed all their instructions (after multiple email replies where they didn't address my question) and it's still not working. So can't run my backups and have to wait another 24 hours for customer service to reply to an email.
Better services out there - avoid this one.

"4TB backup for only €100 a year"

Today my harddisk broke and all my files were lost.

It's very easy to restore everything;
1. get a new drive
2. select restore data
3. select the data
4. push restore.

The only thing is you have to wait 3-12 hours before the files are recovered; but for 100€ a year, i don't mind.

(the only thing i'm missing is the function "view the directory's as they were on a specific date")

but 5 stars more than worth!

"This company is and has been a scam."

Stay away of this company and all the companies that are associated with it. They are scammers which offer "lifetime" subscriptions (which is not a sustainable business model at all) and then they change the conditions and held your data hostage. At least I always had my data stored in 3 different systems, so I've gave them the finger and moved on.

"Don't trust these guys"

Don't trust these guys. They sold me a LIFETIME backup storage solution and then after just 3 Years they demand an ANNUAL payment to keep my service going.
So your lifetime payment was just for 3yrs...

KEEP CLEAR and go elsewhere. My lifetime cloud storage that I purchased at pCloud years before I joined Zoolz is still treated as lifetime and free of any charges.

Zoolz (is and has been the worst decision of my life....) lifetime purchase and then....surprise maintenance costs!
Wish I had never come across it.....
Even though puchased I will not and have not used it (fortunately)

When I first bought Zoolz's "LIFETIME" (that died after 3 years) 2Tb storage plan back in 2017, I thought their name was "cute". For those of you who may have missed it, Zoolz (actually Zuul - but close enough) was the name of the DEMON who lived in the back of Sigourney Weaver's refrigerator in the movie "Ghost Busters". Little did I suspect that they would actually live up (down?) to that name BIG TIME!
I suppose if one is demon possessed, 3 years is a "LIFETIME"!
RUN - don't walk from this DEMON company!

I was unclear on how to find my photos and documents online on my laptop instead of my phone (if my phone was lost). I wrote to customer service and they responded with 24 hours with the exact answer I needed. I a very happy with their customer service.
