"I have bought lifetime 1TB plan and lost all my data"
I have bought lifetime 1TB plan, had my backup photos there and now I am trying to get back my old memories, boom no data there. I have contacted their support a week back and no response. I lost all my data. Dont trust them. I am searching in google and there are mentions of discontinued service. They did not even send me a mail about discontinuation to atleast move my backup elsewhere. They suck.
By the way they are called BigMind now

Like everyone else, I paid for a lifetime subscription and my backup and my money are now gone. Support doesn't care and the company doesn't care.

In writing this review, I can't help but feel "What's the point?" A google search of BigMind, formerly Zoolz, doesn't even bring up on the history of Zoolz. I purchased a lifetime subscription and had back dup interviews with now-dead family. It was all wiped when Zoolz became BigMind. If a parking garage steals your car, why leet the owners open another garage somewhere? I'd say stay away, but this review won't counteract the BigMind advertising department that manages to convince new customers to trust them with their personal data. Obviously, my strong recommendation is STAY AWAY.

comprato lifetime backup zu zoolz (79€). Ricevevo da loro in un fiume di email commerciali che non aprivo. Tra queste mi hanno scritto una singola email dicendo che entro due mesi o pagavo altro o mi avrebbero cancellato i dati... e così hanno fatto. Diversi TB di dati cancellati. Gli ho scritto e la risposta è stata scusa, ti avevamo avvisato. Lasciate stare questa azienda

My lifetime account data deleted.
I was using Zoolz as a online cloud backup but had my emails going to my "other" folder since they spammed me too much.
I mean, why do I need to get regular emails from a company I pay all-at-once and up-front, with the entire intention to have a cloud backup I don't have to worry about ever again...
Well, I just pulled up the website to retrieve some super old data (from years ago) and they say no account exists.
I searched my email and found an email saying they are no longer honoring my lifetime account, they apologize, but all my data would be deleted in a certain number of days.
This is one reason I am no longer a fan of "lifetime deals" or LTD where you pre-pay for a SAAS because they have no reason to keep supporting you. Whereas paying a lot less, but ongoing, is a constant revenue stream to keep your account hopefully alive.
Bummer since they were a backup, which isn't a backup when you need it. Luckily I have other backups, but still...
