Absolutely Awful. Their service shut down my computer 3 times. I asked for refund took 5 attempts to finally get it. Their customer service is beyond bad and I would recommend anything except them. I used the product for 2 hours (while it corrupted my pc!) Avoid.

Very difficult to use and poor software. Have not managed one complete good back up.

"Worst backup software I've ever used."
I find it hard to use. The online help is vague. I reinstalled Windows and now I can't access my backup. The online only tells me what I should have done to prevent this, not how to recover from it.
After your response, I tried contacting your support team, twice and got no response. I'm not sure it would have been any help. The problem is documented in your FAQ. There it explains what should be done before uninstalling Zoolz. Oddly it gives no instructions on how to recover, which makes me question if there is a way to recover. If I can't recover from reinstalling Windows, what good is Zoolz if my system crashes?
