The site itself works well, unfortunately there was a problem with my booking specifically due to a flight cancellation. The customer support both over call and chat is the best I've ever had with any airline company, Sofia in chat was particulalry nice and helpful with quick responses even late in the evening.

For those interested, the website shows available tickets/combined trips from various airlines, once your payment is processed they retrieve the corresponding tickets from the individual airlines. In my case, they couldn't retrieve one or more tickets in my itinerary because the airlines apparently cancelled those flights shortly after I had made the purchase. Sofia helped by offering an good alternative, although we opted for a refund instead with no issues whatsoever.

10/10 not sure why so many people are complaining.

Ya han pasado 10 días y sin noticias de la compañia, despues de emails y llamadas telefónicas por nuestra parte, seguimos a la espera.
